We are seeking a qualified machine operator to operate various industrial machines. Roles, responsibilities, and requirements are as follows:
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Operate machine properly to ensure quality products
- Prepares chemicals and resin per operating procedures
- Completes appropriate sampling, testing, and recordings
- Performs duties in accordance with company safety and process standards
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
- Cross-train on other machines within the department as time and resources allow
- Assist others within the department as needed
- Perform additional related assignments as requested by the supervisor
Requirements:
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Detail Oriented
- Able to work 10-hour shifts (Monday – Thursday) to include overtime on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays if needed. Typical work hours are 5 am-3 pm or 6am -4pm.
- Able to stand for 10 or more hours per shift
- Able to work in non-climate-controlled environments
- Must possess good communication skills
- Able to follow instructions from leads, supervisors, managers, etc.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds

Job Summary
The Davenport Screw Machine Set-Up Operator is responsible for independently setting up and running two machines in a high-pace, precision-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment with minimal supervision.
RequirementsMinimum 5 years’ experience setting up and maintaining two machines.
Ability to position and secure cams, gears, and stops to control stock and tool movements at each station.
Skilled in setting tools in holders, establishing cutting speeds, and feed rates.
Experience cycling machines through settings, making precise adjustments for timing, clearance, and chip removal.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance to ensure machine reliability and performance.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-changeover environment.
Machine Set-Up & Operation – Prepare, adjust, and operate two Davenport Screw Machines to produce high-precision parts.
Quality Assurance – Monitor and inspect output to ensure compliance with specifications, making real-time adjustments as needed.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Conduct general maintenance, identify issues, and keep machines operating at peak performance.
Process Improvement – Contribute to workflow efficiency, share insights for optimization, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Team Contribution – Collaborate with fellow operators, share knowledge, and maintain high standards of quality, integrity, and customer service.
Work Schedule –
Office: 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday
Shop: 10 hours/day, Monday–Thursday
First Shift: 5:30 am – 4:00 pm
Second Shift: 3:30 pm – 1:30 am

Position Summary/Purpose:
Operate and maintain systems associated with a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine
(CCGT) facility while demonstrating safety awareness and direction that will
continuously improve performance by employees and contractors through the
use and strict adherence to procedures and processes.
**Job Duties / Responsibilities:**
- Foster the importance of a safety-oriented culture.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and be proactive in dealing with all agencies and avoid reportable violations
- Required participation in the multi-year Production Technician multi skill progression plan to develop key skills in maintenance and operations. Upon completion the employee should have the desire, aptitude and ability to meet board operator qualification
- Conduct and participate in job briefings and safety meetings. Be responsible for Contractor Safety and conduct Contractor Safety Orientations as needed
- Applies understanding and knowledge of plant systems, burner controls (where applicable), turbine controls, data acquisition, process controls, regulating devices, personal computers, troubleshooting, etc.
- Operational duties include, but not limited to, operating the control board, making operational rounds, performing PM/PDM activities, HRSG water chemistry, CEMS monitoring and calibrations
- Applies skills to perform inspections, calibrations, installations, repairs, diagnostics, testing and troubleshooting of complex instrumentation equipment and regulating devices in a CCGT facility, alone and as part of a team.
- Perform mechanical work involved in inspection, repair and installation of instrumentation and electrical equipment, and light PM of mechanical systems
**Minimum Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-Year associate degree in Industrial Electronics, Instrumentation/Controls or Production/Process Technology and 0-2 years of experience in a CCGT facility in an Operations or Maintenance position

Force Pressure Control is seeking safety-oriented production personnel to work one of its facilities in Orange Grove, TX. Production personnel will be tasked with a wide range of operational duties based on competency and placement. Operational duties include, but are not limited to: equipment receiving and inspection, equipment assembly and mobilization preparation, equipment repair and maintenance, washing, painting, lubricating, testing, general facility organization and maintenance, etc.
Working background with surface pressure control equipment is preferred, but not a requirement.
The Production Technician position is a full time, non-exempt position. Hourly pay rate commensurate with experience. Total compensation package includes paid time off / paid holiday schedule, health / medical / ancillary benefits, and 401(k) retirement plan sponsorship.
