What You Will Do
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will initiate, support, and lead Production Team activities targeting quality continuous improvement and assurance. Specific responsibilities include:
• Promote an atmosphere of continuous process and employee improvement.
• Support or drive Continuous Improvement activities.
• Enforce quality standards in all facets of the assigned areas.
• Assist with the evaluation, proper identification, and disposition of all non-conforming items and materials.
• Follow all significant product, document and process changes which affect quality.
• Work with departmental supervision in developing and maintaining a trained work force.
• Support Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing, and Research and Development in the Design, Introduction, Inspection and Maintenance of new and existing equipment.
• Define, troubleshoot and assist in measurement and resolution of daily production quality problems.
• Must have an uncompromising attitude towards Quality.
• Maintain manufacturing quality performance metrics and/or quality records.
• Manage Quality aspects of Stop Shipment process, from initiation to closure.
• Take active role in Stop Ship investigations and Stop Ship rework tracking/coordination.
• Take active role in analysis of scrap and yield opportunities.
• Perform work center, finished product and process audits, as required.
• Create Process Maps.
• Initiate CAPA Determinations.
• Report safety near misses and incidents whenever applicable.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company’s 2025 Strategy.
Education & Experience Requirements
• Technician III: Vocational training and 5+ years of experience in a relevant work environment is required; or High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years experience in a relevant work environment.
• Technician IV: Vocational training and 8+ years of experience in a relevant work environment is required; or High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years’ experience in a relevant work environment.
• Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally on the shop floor on a regular basis.
• Demonstrated computer skills in MS Office and Windows operating system.
• Ability to develop and maintain records and to follow projects through to conclusion.
• Basic understanding and knowledge of manufacturing engineering and quality standards.
• Ability to use measurement and inspection tools such as Calipers, Micrometers, Pins, Gauges, Protractor, and Scale.
• Capable of frequent standing and walking and lifting up to 60 lbs
• Must have excellent attendance, safety and work record
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Selected candidate’s Job Level and Pay Grade will be determined based upon qualifications and experience.

Available Shifts- 1st Shift: 6:00 am – 4:00 pm M-Th
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 pm – 12:00 am M-Th

- Perform equipment preparation in a sterile environment, bulk drug formulation, and aseptic filling duties as needed.
- Accurately document data and complete batch records as needed.
- Perform cleaning and sanitization duties as instructed by the applicable procedure.
- Successfully complete facility’s aseptic gowning and manufacturing qualification program.
- Perform duties in ISO 5 (Grade A), and ISO 7 (Grade C) cleanrooms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology or related field is a +.
- Level I: HS Diploma or equivalent and 1+ years relevant work experience in a manufacturing, medical, and/or laboratory environment.
- Level II: HS Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years relevant experience, including sterile manufacturing.
- Level III: HS Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years relevant experience, including sterile manufacturing.
- The ability to become qualified for use of a full-face respirator is required when working with hazardous chemicals.
- Use of a Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) is required during chemical dispense and other activities.

Description:
Supports production line by conducting routine tasks which may include setting up, taking down, cleaning and undertaking the routine maintenance of operating equipment, as instructed, to ensure continued production.
Typical Accountabilities:
- Conduct activities and interactions consistent with Company values and in compliance with the Code of Conduct and supporting Policies and Standards relevant to your role. - Ensures compliance with Client Corporate Policies and Directives, site Standard Operating Procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice (cGMPs, GAMP, ITIL, PMI).
