**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Training Development & Facilitation:** Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and deliver training curriculum that meets the needs of our employees. Facilitate training classes, ensuring a smooth setup and effective communication.
+ **Training Tracking & Reporting:** Maintain and update the training tracking system, ensuring all records are accurate and secure. Generate reports as needed to provide insights into training progress.
+ **Relationship Building:** Cultivate strong relationships across the plant to understand training needs and opportunities. Attend meetings to deliver updates and gather feedback.
+ **New Hire Management:** Oversee the training schedules and performance of new hires, addressing any issues that arise to ensure their success.
+ **Continuous Improvement:** Regularly update training materials to align with site needs and best practices. Observe working conditions to identify safety and quality issues.
+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree in business, education, human resource management, or a related field (preferred).
+ **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ **Skills:** Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to actively listen, problem-solve, and work independently.
+ **Flexibility:** Must be adaptable to support various shifts in our 24/5 operation.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

**STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Three (3) or more years of experience.
+ Experience in design weld, fixturing and tooling.
+ CWI or CWE certified.
+ Experience with CAD software such as AutoCad, Solidworks, etc.

**Pay Range:**

HOURLY PAY
+ The hourly rate for this position is $21.37 per hour for 4-weeks. After completion of the training program, the hourly wage will likely increase to an hourly rate within a rate of $1.37 - 31.11 per hour depending upon position placement.
+ This position is also eligible for a quarterly incentive program.
+ This role will be eligible for shift differential which is added onto your hourly rate. The additional shift differential is 0.20 per hour for overnight shifts, 0.15 per hour for evening shifts, and 1.00 per hour for weekend shifts.
+ Pay rate is based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

The Manufacturing Customer Support - Training Technician leads the development and delivery of technical training programs at our client's plant in Northeastern, Wisconsin for customer technicians, focusing on both equipment installations and operations. In addition to designing and facilitating impactful training experiences, this role will provide exceptional remote-based phone support to customers, ensuring they receive prompt, accurate, and customer-focused assistance. Job Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Technical Training:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for customers on equipment installation, setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Create engaging training materials, including manuals, videos, presentations, and online resources, tailored to customer needs.
- Lead at factory and/or virtual training sessions to ensure customers fully understand and utilize products effectively.
- Provide remote technical support via phone or video to assist customers with troubleshooting, operational questions, and issue resolution.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.

Experience:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

How Will You Get Here?
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of related experience in a Learning & Development and/or HR training role, which includes building out programs and processes for a non-exempt & exempt workforce.
- Experience in a manufacturing/operations environment.
- Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills with executive presence.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), instructional design principles, and adult learning theory.
