**Job Title: Production Helper**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Paint Line Helper to join our team. This role involves loading parts onto the paint line, prepping them for paint, and supporting the team with material handling and staging. The ideal candidate will perform basic touch-ups and rework as needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Load and unload parts onto the paint line conveyor system.
+ Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, masking, and sanding.
+ Assist in material handling and staging.
+ Perform basic touch-ups and rework when necessary.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 1 year of previous manufacturing or industrial warehouse experience.
+ Experience working in an industrial setting in the last 5 years or agricultural experience doing manual labor in the past 5 years.
+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs while bending and twisting.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ General labor and manufacturing experience.
+ Experience with blueprint reading, fabrication, and fitting.
