Our client, **a global leader in financial services and payment technology** , is seeking a **Production Associate** to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the printing and mailing operations. The ideal candidate will have adaptability, teamwork, and strong attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
**Location:** Fiserv - In, Indianapolis
**Pay Range:** $19.00 - $20.33 per hour (depending on shift)
**Shifts available:**
+ Day: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm (2/2/3 Rotating)
+ Nights: 4:00 pm - 12:00 am M - F
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform quality checks, confirm production quantities, and ensure accuracy per order tickets.
+ Verify materials are used accurately and ensure embossing meets industry standards.
+ Participate in cross-training to learn multiple machines and equipment.
+ Will help with the production of the operators. Could be loading the machines with product or taking finished product from the line, and counting and sorting it. Will also pack finished product for shipping.
**What's Needed?**
+ Machine operating/Production experience **(required).**
+ Basic computer skills (data entry, PC navigation).
+ Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
+ Ability to stand for 95% of your shift and lift 20-50 pounds.
+ Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.
