RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform all necessary pre-production safety checks
• Follow all plant safety rules, SOPs, LOTO, and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
• Operate, set up, adjust, repair, and overhaul all assembly line equipment and related equipment as required to maintain standard quality and quantity of production
• Maintain all functions of the can assembly line
• Perform all necessary quality checks to ensure the product meets documented quality requirements
• Accept primary responsibility for the performance of the assigned equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance as required
• Perform and document completed daily housekeeping; The Work area is to be clean, orderly, and free of hazards at all times

• Strong attention to detail and ability to establish and maintain a high level of organization and quality
• Familiarization with computers; data entry/Microsoft programs
• Ability to lift to fifty (50) pounds occasionally and regularly stand, stoop, reach, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and balance. This position also requires manual dexterity/fine motor skills.
• Ability to work an eight (8) hour shift; frequent overtime may also be required

As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for working on packaging machinery, ensuring smooth operations and quality control of products. You will handle tasks such as setting up and operating machinery, managing jams, adjusting equipment, and checking products for defects. This role requires comfort with heights and the ability to climb ladders.

• Set up and operate packaging machinery.
• Manage auto packager, cutter, and filler.
• Adjust hoses, blades, and add new film and rolls to machinery.
• Set orders and runs into the computer system.
• Handle jams and unclog machinery.
• Check products for defects and ensure quality control.
• Operate machinery that fills, cuts, seals, and packages sauce packets and containers.

The role involves working with small parts, requiring excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity. The ideal candidate will be proficient with hand tools to build component parts and gather necessary materials. Responsibilities include placing components onto PC boards and working with small precision hand tools.

Assemble electronic switches using hand tools.

Work independently at a designated station.

Train on ultrasound lines, focusing on mechanical assembly at a conveyor belt.
