Join Polaris as an Assembler where you'll work on a fast-paced assembly line building vehicle parts and components. You'll use hand and power tools, hoists, and production equipment, while ensuring top quality through inspections and checks.
**Requirements:**
+ Must have reliable attendance
+ Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
+ Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and twisting for the full shift

The role will also involve demonstrating good attendance and work habits, standing regularly, occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 22 pounds individually, and performing a two-man lift, up to 44 lbs collectively with another employee. Bridge crane usage will be required after internal certification.

Join a dynamic manufacturing environment as a General Production Worker, where you will play a vital role in producing quality electronic equipment. You will work as part of a team, flexibly switching between tasks to ensure proficiency in various functional areas.
**Responsibilities**
+ Fabricate or assemble electronic equipment according to written work instructions.
+ Rotate between multiple work areas daily based on established patterns.
+ Deliver materials to point of consumption in response to Kanban signals.
+ Accurately perform inventory transactions.
+ Actively participate in Tier 1 daily management system (DMS) meetings.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
+ Maintain a well-organized and clean work area.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to read and interpret English.
+ Competency in using computers.
+ Familiarity with small parts.
+ Assembler and production experience.
+ Knowledge of PCB, soldering, wire, and cable assembly.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 0 - 1 years of related work experience.
+ Training in Lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
+ Familiarity with computers and Windows operating system.
