**Join our team as a Production Worker! In this role, you will be an essential part of our assembly line operations, ensuring products are stacked, boxed, and meet quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include:**
+ Working on the assembly line
+ Stacking products
+ Boxing the product
+ Maintaining a clean work environment
**Shift and Pay:**
+ 1st Shift:5:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, some Saturdays -$4/hour
+ 2nd Shift:12:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, some Saturdays - 14/hour

Starting Rate of pay: $4.43- 29.99/ hour.
Shifts Available and Hours: Night shift, 6pm-6am on an EOWEO/ 2-2-3 rotation. (You may be trained on dayshift- but will go to nightshift after training.)
Shift Premium: 1.00/hour extra for shift differential.
Bonus: This position is eligible to participate in the Plant Profit Sharing Program after completing six months of employment. (Quarterly profit sharing)
- Safely and efficiently operateassigned equipment or machine.
- Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments,material or equipment needs.
- Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities.
- Liftand stackproducts.
- Maintains efficiency standards set for assigned area.
- Maintains good housekeeping of work areas.
- Accurately record numbers or lengths of units handled or moved.
- No high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience required; prior manufacturing experience and/or quality inspection experience preferred.
- Must be willing to train and advance to Extruder A (quality inspecting responsibilities); training provided.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) required.
- Must be able to work long hours in seasonal temperatures.
- Must follow all work and safety instructions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and eagerness to grow.
- Ability to follow detailed directions.
- No prior work-related experience required; manufacturing or mobile equipment operation (e.g., forklift, Combi) experience is helpful.
- Must be able to use a calculator and read a tape measure.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
