**Job Title: Production Worker**
Job Description
We are currently hiring production workers across all shifts and multiple departments. This role offers excellent opportunities for advancement, comprehensive training, and competitive benefits starting from day one.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate effectively in a team environment, performing a physically demanding role.
+ Work in groups to lift products, with a maximum weight of 40 pounds.
+ Remain on your feet for the entire shift, performing tasks like lifting, kneeling, and crouching.
+ Read a tape measure accurately, use various tools, and demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
+ Assist the operator with product quality checks, monitor production, and ensure KPIs are met.
+ Work from a bill of materials, assembly drawings, or verbal instructions.
+ Use a computer to adjust pressures, dimensions, and cut sizes.
+ Lay out final products and perform final assembly.
+ Conduct product inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Use hand tools and blueprints to manufacture products according to work orders.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following safety regulations.
+ Meet daily production goals and understand expected work output.
Essential Skills
+ One year of machine operating experience.
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
+ Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and in a team environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Trade school education.
+ Automotive experience.
+ Assembly experience.
+ Blueprint reading skills.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.70 - $27.20/hr.
