As a Production Worker on the Bottling Line for the 2nd shift, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the bottling process. You will be responsible for accurately reading, interpreting, and executing job instructions to maintain the efficient flow of products through the production line. This role involves monitoring and operating production line equipment, as well as documenting and reporting any defects or issues.
Responsibilities
+ Accurately read, interpret, and execute job instructions.
+ Load materials and monitor production line operations to ensure an even flow of products.
+ Ensure the bottling line is running smoothly and efficiently.
+ Remove, separate, document, and report defective materials/products.
+ Label, package, and/or palletize finished products for storage or shipment.
+ Document work completion via paperwork and computer entry.
+ Monitor materials levels and resupply the production line as needed.
+ Initiate restock notification in a timely manner to avoid work stoppage.
+ Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
+ Perform additional duties as required and work extended hours when necessary.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in production line work and general production.
+ Knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially in bottling and packaging.
+ Ability to operate machines and equipment used in production.
+ Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 2+ years of experience in general production, manufacturing, or machine operating.

Work Environment
This position is set in a production environment with approximately 50 people. The current shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 6am-4:30pm, with potential changes. The 2nd shift operates from 2:00pm to 10:30pm. The company, established in 1930, offers nearly 600 different test-kit configurations and is known for its innovative solutions in water quality monitoring.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.

Summary: Serves as a member of the front line production team. Responsible for various tasks that support the production of the high capacity commercial laundry plant in order to meet customer needs. The type of work performed could be related to the following: Dryer Operator, Wash Operator, Stain Washer, Sewing/Mending, Soil Sorting, as well as folding, commercial ironing, packing and distributing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains flow of linen into the tunnel, washers, dryers, etc.
- Pulls bags and/or processes other laundry activities in the designated order.
- Loads linen into empty pockets in tunnel; continues to do so as pockets transfer.
- Keeps pockets loaded correctly with proper load size; prevents overload.
- Follows directions and safety precautions.
- Maintains the production standards as determined per hour.

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various machinery. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that all equipment runs smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
2nd shift (2:15pm-11pm)- Monday through Friday - 40 hours per week.
Duties
- Operate and monitor machinery to produce high-quality products.
- Assemble components on the assembly line according to specifications and production schedules.
- Packing boxes, capping containers, stacking boxes per pallet patterns, and inspecting legible date codes on primary and secondary packages.
- Maintaining clean organized workstations.
- Utilize logic controllers to program and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functionality and longevity.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet company standards before packaging.
- Package finished goods for shipment while maintaining accuracy in labeling and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members in the warehouse to maintain an organized workspace and support overall production goals.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing facility is preferred.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes is highly desirable.
- Strong basic math skills for measuring materials and performing calculations related to production tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues independently.
- Must be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strictly follow Line Leader instructions.
Qualifications
Diploma/GED
Knowledge and experience with GMPs, food safety programs (SQF, etc.) and HACCP skills.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, kneel and stoop
