Our client, a fast-growing contract manufacturer, is looking for Production Workers to join their team. In this role, you'll help build high-quality assemblies and harnesses. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail, can read a tape measure (8th of an inch), and has a strong work ethic.
Job Title: Production Worker
Location: Seven Valleys, PA
Pay Range: $16 hourly
What's the Job?
- Assemble wire cable assemblies and wire harnesses from job orders using hand tools and small hand-held power tools.
- Read and comprehend simple written instructions, sentences, and paragraphs in work-related documents.
- Follow verbal and written directions to complete tasks efficiently.
- Perform repetitive work while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Lift up to 45 lbs
What's Needed?
- Ability to visually distinguish all colors.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the Metric measuring system.
- Ability to measure to the 8th of an inch
- Capability to work standing up or sitting down as needed.
- IPC Certification is a huge plus!

**Job Description**
+ This role involves operating the production machinery on the bottling line. This will require following specific job instructions, loading materials, operating the machinery, and ensuring an even flow of products. You will be responsible for general production tasks and ensuring the bottling line runs smoothly.
+ This role is a 2nd shift position with hours being **2:00 pm** - **10:30 pm** , **Monday through Thursday** .
**Responsibilities**
+ Remove, separate, document, and report defective materials/products.
+ Label, package, and/or palletize finished products for storage or shipment as required.
+ Document work completion via paperwork and computer entry.
+ Monitor material levels and resupply the production line, initiating restock notifications in a timely manner to avoid work stoppages.
+ Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
+ Perform additional duties as required and work extended hours when necessary.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in general production and manufacturing.
+ Proficiency in operating machinery on a production line.
+ Attention to detail in following job instructions and documenting processes.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
