Our client, a fast-growing contract manufacturer, is looking for Production Workers to join their team. In this role, you'll help build high-quality assemblies and harnesses. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail, can read a tape measure(8th of an inch), and has a strong work ethic.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Seven Valleys, PA

Pay Range: $16 hourly

What's the Job?

• Assemble wire cable assemblies and wire harnesses from job orders using hand tools and small hand-held power tools.

• Read and comprehend simple written instructions, sentences, and paragraphs in work-related documents.

• Follow verbal and written directions to complete tasks efficiently.

• Perform repetitive work while maintaining quality and accuracy.

• Lift up to 45 lbs

What's Needed?

• Ability to visually distinguish all colors.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to the Metric measuring system.

• Ability to measure to the 8th of an inch

• Capability to work standing up or sitting down as needed.

• IPC Certification is a huge plus!

• Hang poultry on production line shackles in an efficient manner. • Perform precise cuts, trims, and deboning of poultry products according to customer specifications. • Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to maintain a smooth production flow. • Comply with strict safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and secure work environment. • Utilize specialized equipment including Whizard knives, manual and pneumatic scissors, and other tools as required. • Adapt to changing duties, rotations, and product requirements as needed to support production objectives. • Lift and handle poultry products, weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally, with attention to safety and quality. • Maintain good communication skills and collaborate as an effective team member.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. • Capacity to take direction and collaborate within a team setting. • Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally. • Proficiency in fine motor skills, especially for repetitive hand movements. • Flexibility to adapt to varying duties, shifts, and product demands. • Excellent communication skills to interact with coworkers and supervisors. • Willingness to adhere to strict safety and sanitation regulations. • Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment with exposure to fluorescent lighting. • Good near vision acuity (clarity at 20 inches or less) for accurate work. • Ability to speak and hear for effective communication during tasks.
