s a Chemical Manufacturing Material Handler you'll play an important role operating and monitoring sophisticated industrial equipment to control chemical changes and reactions that are vital to making our cutting edge products. Main Responsibilities:
• Support all Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, policies, and regulations to include the
issuance of safe work permits (LOTO, hot work, etc.).
• Using forklifts and highmasts, move material across the facility
• Flushing and cleaning hoses, plumbing, pumps, etc.
• Connecting hoses, pumps, fittings, etc.
• Transfer hazardous chemicals from one area to another: can include tankers, railcars, packaging, storage tanks, etc.
• Inspection of PPE, Emergency Response Equipment
• Cleaning/ pressure washing areas
• Housekeeping

**What role you will play in our team**
Our Advanced Manufacturing Engineers play a pivotal role in the successful operation of our plant and are responsible for supporting day-to-day operations while implementing improvements in safety, reliability, and quality. You will work in a collaborative, cross-functional team, providing process technical expertise and leadership to solve complex technical problems and ensure reliable production of polyethylene to meet the world's growing needs.
**What you will do**
+ Provide day-to-day run plan support and troubleshooting, in close connection with Operations and Supply Chain
+ Provide off-hours support for abnormal and non-routine operations, including unit outages and turnarounds
+ Provide unit optimization guidance, in collaboration with Technical Center analysis and recommendations
+ Participate in Quality investigations in response to Customer feedback and off-spec events
+ Initiate and progress improvements through Management of Change Process
+ Lead and/or participate in incident investigations, including identification and completion of follow-up actions
+ Participate in outages and turnarounds, providing technical guidance and recommendations
+ Participate in Risk Assessments and HAZOPs
+ Initiate and develop low complexity projects
+ Participate in product trials, in close collaboration with Technology engineers
+ Participate in Technology networks, sharing and capturing learnings from plants across the globe

**Primary purpose of the position:**
The Utilities Technology Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Utilities facilities.
This position leverages technical expertise to monitor and enhance plant performance, troubleshoot operational challenges, and maintain compliance with environmental and safety standards.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL SUPPORT Address and communicate safety gaps as soon as identified. Provide technical support for accurate risk assessment of plant processes. Provide technical support for the safe handling of chemicals. Identify and pursue actions that reduce plant environmental footprint. Work closely with the Environmental Department to maintain the facility's right to operate by ensuring ongoing compliance. Understand current procedures and keep a strong field presence to reinforce their importance.
+ TECHNICAL SUPPORT Work across teams to implement new technology and update operating procedures. Conduct daily review of logbooks and alarm history to better understanding the plant operation and stay engaged in daily activities. Use process data to support continuous improvement. Evaluate raw material and maintenance schedules to support uninterrupted plant operations. Work with the Engineering Department to design equipment according to Recognized And Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP). Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant codes and standards, including ASME, API, and other applicable industry practices.
+ PROBLEM SOLVING Learn and apply appropriate problem-solving strategies to deliver defined objectives to meet business needs. Learn and apply standard tools and techniques of collaboration, to solve problems and make improved business decisions. + 2 years' experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering and maintenance associates to achieve cost effective goals.
+ Equipment design experience and project engineering or project management role is preferred.

We are looking for a Quality Control inspector (Welding/Mechanical/Structural) to join our team. A current AWS Certified Weld Inspector Certification and Visual Acuity is required for this role. This role also requires someone who can work well with the project team and client personnel, communicate effectively, and handle various tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a mindset focused on continuous improvement and quality control.

TIC is a Kiewit Subsidiary that provides direct-hire construction services for industrial projects. TIC Denver has projects in Power, Industrial Manufacturing, Oil Gas Chemical, and Mining across the United States. Its projects range from small capital work up to major EPC projects. We are looking for people committed to the construction industry in an "open-shop" environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Visually inspect piping and structural welds to AWS, ASME Code
- Welder Testing to ASME Sec IX and AWS D1.1
- Coordinate Third Party NDE Testing
- Review and Log NDE Reports
- Implement project-specific inspection and test plans.
- Review and approve subcontractor inspection and test plans.
- Interpret and implement quality standards and regulatory requirements.
