**What role you will play in our team**
Our Advanced Manufacturing Engineers play a pivotal role in the successful operation of our plant and are responsible for supporting day-to-day operations while implementing improvements in safety, reliability, and quality. You will work in a collaborative, cross-functional team, providing process technical expertise and leadership to solve complex technical problems and ensure reliable production of polyethylene to meet the world's growing needs.
**What you will do**
+ Provide day-to-day run plan support and troubleshooting, in close connection with Operations and Supply Chain
+ Provide off-hours support for abnormal and non-routine operations, including unit outages and turnarounds
+ Provide unit optimization guidance, in collaboration with Technical Center analysis and recommendations
+ Participate in Quality investigations in response to Customer feedback and off-spec events
+ Initiate and progress improvements through Management of Change Process
+ Lead and/or participate in incident investigations, including identification and completion of follow-up actions
+ Participate in outages and turnarounds, providing technical guidance and recommendations
+ Participate in Risk Assessments and HAZOPs
+ Initiate and develop low complexity projects
+ Participate in product trials, in close collaboration with Technology engineers
