Interns spend the summer working directly on high impact projects within one of our manufacturing departments. Interns work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where they will be asked to be a key part of our operations. During this 10-12 week internship, participants are encouraged to think outside the box and use a continuous improvement mindset to approach projects and come up with solutions. Interns gain hands on experience in work related to their field of study.

The goal of the estimator shall be to create a step by step instruction or routing sequence for manufacturing a part or assembly. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for current or future products.
• Consult with clients, vendors, accountants, personnel in other departments, or the production team to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
• Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as production planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
