Summary Contribute to the Mapping, Validation and Activations team in Loan Transfers. Ensure all loan transfer data mapping is completed according to existing processes and procedures. Principal Duties
• Utilize Servicing Director Import Tool (SDI) to seamlessly map all data from prior servicers to Company systems.
• Perform data analysis by SQL scripts to ensure a smooth transition of data from external sources to internal systems.
• Conduct data validation reviews by collaborating with business units who are the owners of the data.
• Activate loans per the schedule set by the Deal Managers to ensure legal and contractual compliance.
• Maintain stated performance level for all assigned transfer mapping and validation.
• Key contact for the Servicing Director Import Tool (SDI)
• Follow established processes within the group to ensure maximum efficiency of the process and other company resources.
• Maintain and update exceptions in SDI from SCSM tickets submitted to improve quality downstream.
• Develop update exceptions in SDI regarding transfer errors and work with the Portfolio Management and Deal Management groups to improve processes and eliminate upstream transfer errors.
• Contribute to the creation, manage, and deliver reporting to senior management of the timeliness and accuracy of the group.
• Assign SCSM tickets to Deal Managers and individual business units for data sign-off for all preliminary data mapping within stated SLA.
• Run automated review checks for all transfers at prelim and final for all assigned transfers.
• Responsible for each assigned transfer meeting the established mapping SLAs.
• Balance all transfers from loan set-up prior to activation using the designed process and form.
• Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Performs additional projects and duties as assigned by supervisor.

¿ Support the pipeline build from Source to Raw Zone, Raw Zone to Clean Zone, Clean Zone to Atomic Layer and Atomic Layer to Data Marts & Dashboard Layer
¿ Integrate third-party data sources into data repository that supports necessary analysis
¿ Partner with other departments to ensure alignment across the internal team
¿ Build understanding and knowledge of the client's business
¿ Work with project management team to establish timelines for all client projects and communicates changes as they occur to ensure accuracy of all project plans
¿ Confirm data readiness for feeds and conversion based on target system and data requirements

Primary Function

The Sr Data Mapping Validation Analyst is responsible for mapping all data from the prior servicer into ILS using SDI, functioning as the SME for the Servicing Director Import Tool (SDI), and working with Portfolio Management and Deal Management to improve processes and eliminate upstream transfer errors. Contribute to the Mapping, Validation and Activations team in Loan Transfers. Ensure all loan transfer data mapping is completed according to existing processes and procedures. Maintain all SLA's within the transfer timeline while aiming for zero defects within the transfer. Act as the accountable party for all assigned data mapping from start to finish. Data Mapping is responsible for all data that is loaded into Servicing Director for transfers assigned to the analyst. • Mapping all data from the prior servicer into ILS using SDI including complex mappings such as: Large Transfers (10,000+ loan count), HELOCs, DSI loans, Difficult Servicers (TCF, FCI, etc.).
• SME for the Servicing Director Import Tool (SDI). Validates and approves the mapping of other Mapping Analysts within the department.
• Activating loans per the established SLAs to ensure legal and contractual compliance.
• Maintain stated performance levels for all assigned transfer mapping.
• Perform data analysis by SQL scripts to ensure a smooth transition of data from external sources to internal systems.
• Balance all transfers from loan set-up prior to activation using the designed process and form.

• Act as a liaison between business and defense, assisting with portfolio tracking and status updates.
• Assist risk management teams with examinations, audits, and real-time responses.
• Coordinate independent validation, reviewing results from third parties.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and/or analysis of validations to present performance metrics.
• Continually provide guidance and training materials to team members.

Overview:

• Desired education: Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
• Security clearance: Security clearance required active TS/SCI and the willingness to take a CI Poly if needed.
