As a Project Manager, you'll have responsibility to plan, staff, schedule, and budget projects while ensuring quality of work product, consistency across projects, and staff safety. You will also coordinate with subcontractors and multi-disciplinary team of engineers, planners, architects, scientists and subject matter experts to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions to our clients. In addition to managing the project financials, delivery, and client relationship, you will also have the opportunity to work closely with our Sales team to grow our Ports and Maritime portfolio in the region and beyond and getting engaged in the pursuit and delivery of exciting, complex waterfront projects. Working together, we'll help you grow and pursue what fulfills you so that we can make impacts on the future - big and small, global and local.
The final candidate could be located in Virginia Beach, Richmond, Reston, Hampton, VA, Baltimore, MD or Silver Spring, MD. This role will involve significant time collaborating in-person with our existing Ports and Maritime team and client base in the Virginia Beach area. Relocation assistance may be provided.

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or related Engineering
- At least 7 years of experience in the delivery and/or management of waterfront infrastructure projects
- Experience in design or design management of waterfront projects or facilities
- Ability to work with a team of local and remote multi-disciplinary engineers and subject matter experts to deliver projects and proposals
- Ability to manage the successful delivery contract documents, design basis, technical specifications, and other client deliverables
- Experience in the preparation of technical and cost proposals to deliver winning proposals
- Good communication skills and ability to interface with clients and stakeholders, both internal and external
