Job Summary:
Market Growth Managers (MGMs) are important leaders at ArchWell Health and are responsible for the teams that grow our patient base in the communities we serve. MGMs build and manage a team of up to 12 Membership Consultants and 2 Community Relations Specialist.
MGMs manage across multiple clinic locations and are responsible for ArchWell Health's growth in the entire market, spanning all channels including B2C and B2B sources. MGMs are integral to our new market launches and are one of four members of the Market Leadership Team (MLT). MGMs position their teams for success by developing effective B2B relationships with patient referral sources like health plan distribution leadership, FMOs / independent brokers, and community organizations. They are equally focused on grassroots sales, ensuring their teams are active, organized, and productive in their direct outreach efforts. MGMs are expected to develop market strategy, tailor their team's approach to each sub-market, review metrics daily, and ensure the Growth team operates systematically & effectively. Prior management experience in Medicare Advantage sales or working with seniors is helpful though not required; we are a new breed of healthcare provider open to great sales leadership from many walks of life.

THE JOB
We're looking for a Market Growth Partner in Chicago who thrives on strategic collaboration and community engagementsomeone who sees opportunity everywhere and knows how to turn it into measurable growth. In this role, you'll be on the frontlines of expanding our presence, working closely with hospital leadership to understand their unique market dynamics and create strategic initiatives that drive awareness and demand. You'll identify local opportunities, strengthen community relationships, and bring marketing insights that help hospitals grow in ways they never thought possible.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify and execute local advertising and community sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand awareness.
- Analyze competitive landscapes to anticipate threats and inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Partner with market owners to determine each hospital's specific marketing needs and level of support.
- Leverage VQ resources for market-specific priorities, including B2B outreach, recruiting, and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and interpret referral source and case volume trends to inform targeted marketing efforts.
- Measure ROI on all in-market events and marketing spends, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Coach and mentor hospital leaders on marketing fundamentals, trend analysis, and strategic planning.
- Develop strategic marketing plans, including recommended cadences and outreach routing for hospital leadership.
- Optimize marketing spend by providing recommendations for collateral, swag, and promotional materials.
- Adapt marketing tactics based on shifts in case volume, referral trends, and competitive activity.
- Research and evaluate larger strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate on paid media strategies to support brand awareness and localized marketing efforts.
- Proactively source media placements and sponsorships to elevate market presence.

Kimley-Horn is looking for a Senior Market Growth Strategist to join our team in Atlanta, GA, focusing on our Development Services department! This is not a remote position.
**Responsibilities**
A successful Senior Market Growth Strategist will leverage both internal teams and external partners to foster lasting client relationships and position Kimley-Horn for repeat business within this robust market. The ideal candidate will be a catalyst for the growth of Kimley-Horn's local practices and have a deep understanding of the Atlanta Development Services market. They will work closely with practice partners to drive business growth strategies that will grow the business and firm's market share.
+ Acts as internal client manager for all business development and proposal related activities for offices located in their focused market(s).
+ Conducts market research and intelligence to identify and prioritize strategic clients and opportunities within the market.
+ A self-starter and dot-connector who will assist in external business development activities to ensure profitable new business is captured.
+ Favorably position the firm for existing and future market opportunities.
+ Assist with identification, relationship building, pursuit, and proposal strategy for various targeted clients and projects.
+ Collaborates with regional leadership and business partners to support the pursuit process, from pre-sell and middle-game activities to securing new business, by leveraging insights on market dynamics, emerging trends, and financial opportunities.
+ Provides support for the development of business goals for the offices in their market, including annual reporting and forecasting, and identifying gaps in the projected work pipeline with strategies to fill them.
+ Utilizes Kimley-Horn's systems and practices to maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities, tracking key performance metrics, and providing regular internal reporting to ensure alignment with business goals.
+ Support and lead (when appropriate) marketing efforts for proposals, presentations, and other direct work-winning activities, i.e. consulting practice partners and proposals coordinators on achieving comprehensive proposals, presentations, or qualification deliverables required to meet client needs, and providing direction/senior review of deliverables. A background in the development of A/E/C marketing collateral and proposals is an advantage.
+ May support strategic pursuits beyond their local geography, focusing on the South region as needed, with some travel required.
+ Interacts with staff at all levels of the organization, including but not limited to, executive and senior leadership, marketing, project managers, and discipline leads.
+ Participates in regular operations department meetings and leads marketing/BD meetings.
+ Develop strategy for professional engagement in assigned market(s). This includes personal participation in relevant professional organizations, networking opportunities, and conferences as well as identifying and assigning the same to relevant practice partners. Able to speak knowledgeably of the firm's capabilities and areas of expertise to external audiences.
+ Regularly stays up to date on news and market trends in assigned sector(s)/geographies and for specific targeted accounts and applies these findings to pursuit strategies.
+ Manage multiple concurrent time sensitive responsibilities.
**Qualifications**
+ 15+years of A/E/C industry-related experience
+ Bachelors or Masters Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or a similar field
+ Flexibility to work outside normal working hours
+ Willingness to occasionally travel (as required) for business needs
+ Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
+ Confident communicator
+ Detail-oriented and proactive
+ Team player with a positive attitude/client service mentality
+ Strong ability to gather, interpret, and convey technical information
