The Market Research Analyst leverages TruStone’s Marketing Automation/Analytics Platforms for a variety of strategic and tactical uses, including but not limited to target marketing, campaign analysis, member segmentation and member engagement. - Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing Research, Psychology, or similar/related field.
- Working knowledge of various quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
- Strategic mindset with ability to analyze data and research results and deliver insights and actionable recommendations.
- Solid written and oral communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects independently.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
