As an Associate Director of Consumer Insights, you will.
- Lead and evolve our Global Brand Tracker - Design, manage and enhance our comprehensive brand health measurement system across marketplaces, identifying strategic opportunities and challenges
- Transform data into strategic direction - Synthesize brand health metrics into actionable insights through executive-ready presentations and strategic recommendations
- Partner with Brand & Marketing teams- Work collaboratively to ensure brand tracking insights inform marketing strategies and campaign development

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, or similar field
- 7+ years of professional research/insights experience
- Experience in setting-up and managing large-scale trackers, brand health studies and/or consumer insight initiatives
- Experience in project management
- Experience in analytics and delivering compelling data-driven presentations to present insights clearly and persuasively to colleagues, partners and stakeholders
- Experience in quantitative research methodologies, as well as focus groups, IDIs
