What you'll need Five (5) to Seven (7) years of professional experience with demonstrated performance in roles focused on machine learning and advanced analytics. Undergraduate degree with a concentration in data science, statistics, finance, econometrics or a related field. Masters Preferred. Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms or tools such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure ML, Vertex AI, or similar. Experience with AI model training and evaluation Track record of collaborating cross-functionally with consulting teams, technologists, and knowledge management or analytics groups. Proven familiarity with cloud technologies, digital product development, modernization trends-ideally within a commercial or advisory context. Experience supporting the development of client-ready materials, including market overviews, maturity assessments, investment theses, and research plans. Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business units, identifying opportunities for AI implementation and training teams to leverage AI tools effectively. Understanding of ethical AI principles, including bias mitigation, data privacy, and responsible use frameworks. Experience working with confidential or time-sensitive information and applying judgment in ambiguous situations using sound judgment, common sense, and problem-solving ability.
