**Overview**
The Consumer Insights Senior Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to consumer insights that focus on preferences and behaviors. This role will support the marketing and sales teams by providing actionable insights to drive business decisions and strategies. **Primary Responsibilities**
+ Collect and analyze data on consumer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits
+ Conduct primary and secondary research to gather relevant market data
+ Develop and maintain databases of consumer insights and market trends
+ Prepare and present reports and presentations to internal stakeholders
+ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify and address business needs

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field
+ 2+ years of experience in market research or consumer insights
+ Some experience in consumer insights tools such as Numerator, Spectra, Nielsen Home Scan Panel, among others
+ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The MAST Reporting & Analysis Sr. Manager is responsible for setting up and managing the global MAST Program, a data analysis team to support benefits realization, gain a deeper level of understanding into the asset, HESS and other operational performance on board MAST vessels and communicate recommendations to improve from these learnings to management.
This role will need to build, lead, and manage a supporting data team around a coordinated global maritime data strategy that centralizes all MAST data sets that are currently siloed across multiple teams. Essential Functions:
Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Provide guidance and support to enhance team members' skills and capabilities.
Responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of Power BI initiatives within the MAST team. This role will work with stakeholders to understand business needs, build and create dashboards, and ensure the successful delivery of data reporting for leadership.
Support the creation and maintaining of data sets allowing MAST team to analyze asset performance data (for maintenance strategy) and Inventory Data (spare part consumption and replenishment strategy)
Lead the implementation and optimization of Snowflake as a centralized cloud data platform for MAST reports including: Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure Snowflake architecture aligns with reporting needs, and develop and enforce data governance, security, and performance best practices within Snowflake to support scalable analytics.
Analyze planned maintenance data, trends, and reporting to develop and establish performance metrics / KPIs and provide data to leadership for executive presentations.
Plans, implements, and evaluates improvements in business processes and practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the MAST program.
Conduct reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis to prepare reporting packages for MAST and Brand leadership.
Compiles and tracks improvement project data and reports on status of projects and processes.
Engage with multiple stakeholders and workstream leads to gather reporting and analytics requirements, prioritize incoming requests, and manage a reporting pipeline aligned with business priorities.

Lead Research Analyst

The University of Health/UHealth department of SCCC has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Lead Research Analyst to work at the UHealth Medical Campus. The Lead Research Analyst works collaboratively and independently to analyze, interpret and present data from applicable databases.

  • Analyzes data from multiple datasets using advanced statistical methods.

  • Develops, maintains and monitors the organization of individual level data and documentation.

  • Prepares results for progress reports, presentations and peer-reviewed publications.

  • Serves as co-author on peer-reviewed manuscripts.

  • Presents results of statistical analyses to study investigators.

  • Collaborates with other relevant stakeholders on planning; provides statistical consultation to project staff and collaborators.

  • Removes problem-solving barriers to analyses with other methodologists and statisticians.

  • Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.

Department Specific Functions

This position will collaborate in the lab of Research Professor, Michele Ceccarelli, who will join University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Department of Public Health Sciences, and the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center in Spring 2023. His main research project concentrates in the development of a system genetic approach to characterize the immune landscape of glioma at single cell resolution. The Ceccarelli lab develop novel computational methods to identify the main drivers of cancer progression and drug resistance through the analysis and dissection of molecular network.

Core Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required, Master’s or Ph.D. preferred

  • 4 or more years of relevant work experience required

Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with statistical software packages (vSAS, SPSS and R)

  • Experience in data management and organization of data.

  • Ability to manipulate and analyze large and complex data files

  • Excellent organizational and intrapersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively and in a deadline driven environment

Strategic Marketing Role

To provide quantitative international and domestic marketing expertise to management in the analysis of pricing, forecasting, competitive intelligence, market segmentation and targeted marketing utilizing advanced computer modeling techniques. As a member of the Strategic Marketing team, this role will have the opportunity to influence and shape the Division's strategy, as well as to empower the multifunctional team and the leadership team with actionable insights, trends, growth forecasts and competitive intelligence.

Lead market and competitive researches and assess FedEx's value proposition to uncover market insights across Latin America and turn them into commercial opportunities and business strategies.

Develop and present revenue and volume forecasts to support the Division business strategies and key prioritized projects.

Develop market and competitive intelligence reports & dashboards to support the Division's strategy definition.

Evaluate new business opportunities by providing quantitative and qualitative analyses of LAC markets as well as performing comprehensive data analyses including FedEx revenue, volume trends and performance.

Act as liaison with Sales, other marketing teams, Customer experience, Engineering and Operations to ensure interdepartmental coordination and to sustain effective support for key strategic marketing programs.

The candidate should be able to work with large data sets, using both internal and external data sources. Use creativity to conduct exploratory data analyses, to create visualizations and to produce data-driven insights.

  • Strong quantitative / analytical skills are essential

  • Familiarity with data visualization software (such as Tableau, Spotfire or Power BI) and Microsoft Office

More than 5 years of professional work experience in areas such as: Business Analysis, Business Strategy, Strategic Marketing, Market Research, Market and Competitive Intelligence, Product Management, Project Management, Finance, Data Analysis.

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, finance, marketing, mathematics or other quantitative degree such as computer science, MIS, engineering, statistics, economics, or marketing research. Master's degree preferred. Five (5) years related experience in analytical, quantitative business, business analysis, business strategy, strategic marketing, operations, engineering, finance or information analysis/planning functions which includes experience in information systems development, advanced computer-generated decision support modeling, market analysis, or marketing research.

Knowledge of computer languages (example, COBOL, C, SQL, or SAS). Working knowledge of UNIX or relational databases and on-line analytical processing (OLAP) tool (examples: HOLOS or ESSBASE) is a plus.

International and air freight industry experience preferred. Strong human relations, communication and analytical skills.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, computer science or quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, etc.

Minimum Experience

Three (3) years experience in analytical/quantitative business or marketing research.

Experience developing moderately advanced computer models for analysis.

Experience leading moderately complex initiatives in a corporate environment.

More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master's Degree equals two (2) years experience.

This role is critical to support our digital strategy by extracting meaningful insights from various data sources to drive fan acquisition, retention, and engagement across all digital touchpoints. Candidates who have worked in a digital agency or an organization with a strong focus on digital marketing and analytics are especially encouraged to apply.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives and campaigns, delivering actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics across platforms.
  • Apply statistical techniques and data analysis tools to interpret data, uncover insights, and identify patterns and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Minimun 2 years of experience in digital analytics or a related field, with strong expertise in web analytics, digital marketing, and conversion tracking, preferably in digital agencies.
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • A degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SEO, paid media campaigns, and website analytics is advantageous.
  • A proactive team player with a passion for digital marketing and data-driven decision-making.
