Meta is seeking an experienced data center and AI market research analyst to support our industry intelligence efforts within our Infrastructure organization. You will support a cross-functional effort by providing real-time, actionable insights on peer companies' and broader industry-related initiatives related to data centers, networking, silicon and hardware, and AI models.
**Required Skills:**
Infrastructure Market Research Analyst Responsibilities:
1. Produce regular reports on peer infrastructure strategies and investments
2. Conduct primary and secondary research to track and monitor infrastructure industry trends, news, and market events
3. Create and maintain real-time dashboards tracking new data center projects and AI market trends
4. Develop executive briefings on emerging trends in hyperscale data center deployments, hardware, software, and networking
5. Work with a cross-functional team to add insights and context to industry trends
6. Track announcements, expansions, and new hyperscale data center projects by peers and cloud providers

Manage the development, project management, ethical execution and communication of primary and secondary market intelligence research, competitive intelligence, and local regulatory environment insights in support of Medicaid growth. Works closely with Analytics staff to evaluate performance metrics for both Aetna performance and relative competitive positioning. Other duties potentially include detailed assessment of publicly available competitor bids, supporting Conference Planning and Intelligence, evaluating market developments and patterns through investigation of materials including detailed financial analysis of statutory disclosures, support of Medicaid Pipeline reporting, mutual support to peers when a significant number of bids arrive, and others. Additional duties as required. Manage and oversee deliverables and quality assurance on all outputs.
**Required qualifications:**
+ 1 to 3 years of experience that includes Competitor Intelligence, Market Intelligence or Market Research

The typical pay range for this role is:

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This laboratory has high daily volume and is highly fast-paced, performing high complexity testing for pain management in urine samples. This test contains 180+ analytes in one assay, techs are also responsible for the instrumentation / data analysis of four separate ancillary LCMS/MS confirmation methods outside of this panel as well. This Bench uses 40+ LC-MS/MS instrument platforms utilizing Ascent cloud based processing.

+ Work with LC-MS/MS instrumentation utilizing a cloud based processing platform, Ascent.
+ Receive extracted specimens for testing; evaluate batches and test orders; determine priority of work for these batches in order to maintain acceptable turn-around-time
+ This position requires large amounts of daily electronic data analysis, done on computer stations outside of the laboratory
+ Recognize unacceptable and unusual specimen(s) within a batch or within a set of Hamilton Deck Mates (4 batches) and handle appropriately
+ Adhere to SOP while performing data analysis on patient and proficiency samples as well as calibration, quality control and blank samples
+ Evaluate raw and final data for accuracy; recognize and correct errors and unusual results; interpret results to produce a final report
+ Follow quality control rules; monitor controls / calibration for error detection within batch along with trends within QC sets of an assay and take appropriate corrective action as needed
+ Maintain, calibrate and clean instrumentation / work area; perform scheduled/routine maintenance and critical function checks; recognize significant changes in instrument function; troubleshoot as indicated
+ Maintain accurate records and documentation for all laboratory tests and equipment including, but not limited to, instrument logs, maintenance logs, disinfection logs and assay SOPs
+ Follows a proactive approach to assay performance and instrument performance to prevent downtime and delay of reporting results to clients and patients

**Responsibilities**
The Pacific Northwest National Laboratory seeks a nonproliferation research analyst to provide support for a variety of federal sponsors, including the U.S. Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration, the Department of State, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Commerce. This position requires the individual to use and evaluate trade data to provide an in-depth analysis of emerging trends, conduct reviews of commodities and technologies to assess their potential export control requirements, and contribute to capacity building activities in foreign countries on topics related to trade data analysis, industry and academic outreach, export control enforcement, and licensing.
Preferred candidates will possess specialized experience in international and national strategic trade control systems including strategic trade licensing, enforcement processes and procedures, and outreach to the industry and academia.
