As a Market Research Analyst, you will cleanse, process, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support the generation of insights and strategic recommendations in deliverables for MMIT's market research products to answer business questions for pharmaceutical clients and to contribute to MMIT's goal of smoothing access to therapies. Mining data to arrive at specific and crucial information for the organization
Identifying and implementing process, data, and reporting improvements for the organization

Basic Qualifications
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related quantitative field) plus at least 6 years of experience performing data analytics, or currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Master's Degree plus at least 4 years of experience performing data analytics with an expectation that required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date.

At least 4 years of experience performing programming
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics discipline
At least 7 years of professional data analysis work experience

Capital One's Card Data Management (CDM) organization is the risk steward for ensuring a well managed data ecosystem for the organization. CDM serves as the governance function accountable for the data risk for the organization. CDM is on a transformational journey to build out the data governance control framework focusing on automation and preventative controls to unleash the business for future data needs including generative AI and new third party data.
The CDM Team is currently hiring for a Data Analysis Manager who will work closely with a group of analysts and risk managers to develop and improve data management related controls and reporting to support Card's data management strategy. As Card manages a significant portion of Capital One's data footprint, this role provides opportunities for deep analytics to drive future data strategies.
This individual should possess a strong understanding of data and data environments, a passion for innovation and automation in a well managed manner, a proven track record of leading and mentoring junior analysts, and is known for strong influence and communication skills.
This role is ideal for someone who is capable of driving transformational change and delivering game-changing value. The preferred candidate will have a strong data background and loves to partner with the Card Business and our eData partners.
