**Responsibilities**

+ Facilitate, coordinate, and participate in kick-off meetings and proposal production activities

This team member is supporting a U.S. Federal Law Enforcement agency by collecting, analyzing, and reporting the results of open-source intelligence. This team member will identify trends, patterns, and links to criminal activity by extracting and aggregating business, financial, court, news, social media, cyber, trade, travel, shipping, transportation, crime, property, law enforcement, communications, supply chain, geolocation, blockchain, patent, education, and various other data sets from government, public, proprietary, and commercial databases. **What Would Be Nice To Have** **:**
+ Specialized knowledge of methods, techniques and subject matter analysis applied to Federal investigations, plus skills in researching, collecting, and analyzing large amounts of raw data from various criminal investigative tools and other client-owned databases
+ Experience gathering information from BSA, law enforcement, open source, and/or dark web data sources and creating detailed products for law enforcement community members
+ Solid understanding of criminal activity, such as Forfeiture, Organized Crime, White Collar Crime, Fraud, Drug, and Financial/Money Laundering
+ Deep knowledge of financial crimes participating law enforcement agency organizational structures, functions, sources, and types of records maintained.
+ Experience conducting cryptocurrency tracing using a variety of blockchain tools (e.g. Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic, CipherTrace, Elementus, etc.) to evaluate transaction data and unravel interconnections between wallets and real-world identities.
+ Familiarity developing and delivering link analysis, data visualization, and dashboard reports and insights via tools such as i2 Analyst, Palantir, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, Spotfire, or others.
The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Currently seeking an Operational Research System Analyst (ORSA) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position requires TS clearance and SCI eligibility. The qualified applicant will serve as an embedded analytical expert within operational planning teams, applying advanced analytical methods, such as modeling and simulation, wargaming, statistical analysis, and systems thinking to inform mission design, evaluate COAs, and develop MOEs and MOPs. Enhance operational adaptability, strategic alignment, and mission effectiveness in support of Irregular Warfare and OIE planning and execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Define measurable and observable MOEs to support operational planning and assessment.

+ Support assessments of the information environment through the integration of opinion research data, intelligence, operational reporting, and social media insights.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
