**Job Responsibilities:**

What We Do

What Youll Do

As Sr. Director of Growth Marketing, Acquisition, youll be a key leader fueling Calms growth engine and driving our mission to support global mental health. You will own strategy and execution across all paid acquisition channels, leading a high-performing in-house team across media buying, analytics, creative, and marketing operations.

Youre both strategic and hands-onable to zoom out to set vision and roadmap while also diving deep into data and campaign execution to coach your team toward best-in-class performance.   • Own Calms paid acquisition strategy and execution across digital and offline channelsincluding paid social, paid search, Apple Search Ads (ASA), Google UAC, and emerging platforms

Vuori is looking for a Director, Acquisition Marketing to join our E-Commerce team and lead the performance marketing strategy across key marketing channels including paid social, search, display, and native channels. This individual will be responsible for driving growth through new customer acquisition and partnering with cross-functional team members including Retention, Site Experience, Media, and Analytics to achieve E-Commerce business goals. The Director of Acquisition Marketing will be a team leader driving channel owners and partners internally and externally to achieve business goals in a collaborative manner.  

In addition to owning the acquisition strategies, this individual will be collaborative with Retention, Media, Digital, Technology, Integrated Brand Marketing, PR & Influencer,   Product/Merchandising, Analytics, Retail, Consumer Insights and Customer Service to gain new customers and achieve business goals. 

What you'll get to do:

  • Responsible for leading acquisition marketing team (search, social, and native platforms) to acquire new customers across key channels including but not limited to Facebook, Google (Search, Display, Shopping), Snapchat, TikTok, LiveIntent, and all other search, social, and native platforms 
  • Responsible for building out new acquisition programs including requirements gathering, vendor evaluation/selection, program forecasting, collaborating on implementation, analysis, and optimization/testing.  
  • Test, launch, scale, iterate, analyze and collaborate on all channel efforts 
  • Manage and support Acquisition channel leads to determine appropriate resourcing and priorities 
  • Comfortable forecasting, managing, and allocating complex budgets based on performance targets and overarching business goals  
  • Collaborate with Analytics, Site Experience, and Customer Service to on-board new channels and platforms 
  • Partner with Brand Marketing and Creative to align channel messaging with product stories and goals, while working closely with PR, Sports Marketing & Influencer teams to leverage partner activation & editorial plans to drive traffic & conversion   
  • Partner with tech team to leverage CDP to inform use cases and accelerate new customer growth  
  • Partner with Consumer Insights to align media targets and growth goals with consumer segmentation strategy  
  • Oversee all acquisition KPI’s in partnership with Channel Managers and E-Comm Analytics to continue to build into needs that align with marketing programs (i.e. cohort analysis, attribution modeling, ROAS, CPA, conversion, etc.) 
  • Partner with appropriate external partners and agencies to build out strategy, brainstorm opportunities, prioritize and launch campaigns, and measure performance  
  • Partner with creative team to align on channel needs to drive growth and testing opportunities to always push the envelope on creative success 
  • Strategize audiences opportunities utilizing channel and customer learnings  
  • Partner with Media counterpart to share insights across channels for audiences, creative, and KPIs that inform customer value and successful tactics 
  • As needed, work closely with retail to utilize performance marketing channels to drive customers into our Vuori retail stores 
Qualifications

Who you are:  

  • 12+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, 4+ years at a primarily DTC brand 
  • 6+ years experience on Facebook and Google; 2+ years experience in other channels including but not limited to Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Outbrain, etc. 
  • Fluent understanding of Digital Marketing KPIs – CPA, LTV, Repeat Purchase Rate, ROAS, etc. 
  • Strong understanding of incrementality and various testing and optimization frameworks 
  • Understanding of the omni-customer experience and how to nurture it through key channel startegies 
  • Proven experience with high-growth brands preferred 
  • 3+ years experience with Shopify 
  • Familiarity with analytics tools including Google Analytics, Looker, PowerBI, etc.
