Responsibilities
+ Managing global campaigns, encompassing creative, targeting, and budget management for Zoom.
+ Possessing experience with display, paid social, and content syndication channels.
+ Developing and analyzing detailed reports covering bids, device, audience segments, geo and demographic targets, and asset performance.
+ Generating comprehensive reports for internal marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
+ Acting as a subject matter expert in digital marketing trends, actively participating in team meeting and brainstorms.
+ Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Web Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Brand, to implement best practices, identify testing opportunities, and develop robust testing roadmaps.
+ Contributing to creative strategy alongside internal design resources to continuously develop and test new creative assets.
+ Managing complex work-streams and initiatives aligned with overall marketing objectives, establishing internal procedures and policies as needed.
What we're looking for
+ 5+ years of experience in performance paid media, with an emphasis on display, paid social and content syndication.
+ Possess a BA/BS in marketing, communications, or related field.
+ Bring experience as a digital marketing generalist with experience in one of three channels: display, paid social, or content syndication.
+ Have familiarity with platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, TTD, Demandbase, 6sense.
+ Bring experience with advertising on LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit and other social networks.
+ Have experience working on B2B / SaaS marketing teams targeting an IT Decision Maker (ITDM) audience.
+ Have a data-driven approach, attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

+ **Data-Driven Optimization** : Utilize analytics and past performance insights to continuously test, refine, and improve campaign effectiveness-driving a strong test-measure-learn discipline.
+ **Media Alignment** : Ensure paid digital campaigns are tightly integrated with offline media and personalized (1:1) marketing strategies.
+ **Opportunity Hunting** : Identify and propose new digital media opportunities across channels and platforms for Santander and Openbank.

+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Marketing, Business, Communications, Web/Graphic Design or equivalent field - **Required.**
+ Master's Degree Marketing, Business, Communications, Web/Graphic Design or equivalent field - **Preferred.**
+ **5+ years** of experience in **paid media advertising** , with hands-on campaign management across major digital platforms (required).
+ **5+ years** in the **financial services industry** or another highly regulated vertical (required).
+ Proven expertise in **digital media buying** and **cross-channel campaign execution** across platforms including:
+ Paid Social
+ Programmatic
+ Online Video
+ Influencer Marketing
+ Digital Audio
+ Connected TV
+ Out-of-Home and Linear TV (collaborative integration)
+ Strong understanding of media planning, measurement frameworks, and campaign analytics.
+ Deep familiarity with compliance considerations for financial services advertising, particularly in social and digital.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present strategy, performance, and business cases for paid media investments.
+ Adaptable, collaborative, and highly organized with outstanding time and stakeholder management.
+ Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-channel paid campaigns and delivering measurable results.
+ A track record of driving innovation in media execution or media tech adoption.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
