We’re hiring a versatile Digital Marketing Manager to lead our in-house SEO, local search, and paid search advertising efforts . You’ll manage all aspects of digital visibility across multiple pediatric dental and orthodontic practice brands—developing and optimizing campaigns that drive new patient growth.
This is a high-impact role at the ground floor of a growing marketing team. You’ll be responsible for the planning, execution, and performance of digital campaigns across Google Ads, GMB profiles, and key SEO/GEO channels.
What You’ll Do
Paid Media (Google Ads)
- Build and manage search, display, and remarketing campaigns across multiple practice locations
- Optimize campaign structure, bidding, keywords, copy, and landing page performance
- Report on spend, performance, CPL, and ROI; make ongoing improvements
- Manage budgets of ~$20–30K/month across brands
SEO + Local Search
- Audit and optimize local listings (GMB/GBP), directory citations, and schema markup
- Improve on-site SEO: metadata, page speed, heading structure, and content tagging
- Own BrightLocal/Yext listings tools and Google Search Console analytics
- Improve organic rankings and local relevance
- Ensure practice brands are represented in AI platforms (GEO)
Strategy & Collaboration
- Work closely with the VP of Marketing and external designers/writers
- Ensure consistency across brands while optimizing for local differentiation
- Support reporting via Looker Studio and other analytics dashboards
- Work with external teams to maximize performance
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong proficiency in both SEO and Google Ads
- Experience working in or with dental practices or DSOs , ideally in Pediatric or Orthodontic specialties
- Familiarity with multi-location/local SEO best practices
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), GSC, and related tools
- Experience using platforms like BrightLocal, SEMrush, WordStream, or similar
- Agency experience is a plus—but the ability to own execution is key
- Based in or near Broward County, FL, with the ability to work from our office 1x/week
