JOB SUMMARY
Habit Burger & Grill is looking for a highly motivated individual with demonstrated strength in analytics, problem-solving, intellectual curiosity, and project management to serve as Manager, Marketing Analysis. This position is part of the Finance Department but interacts with all departments of the organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure the profitability of menu structure, pricing decisions, and marketing campaigns
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend adjustments to optimize results.
- Prepare presentations for HBG and YUM! Executive Teams
- Own the consolidation and distribution of the weekly same-store sales report and Periodic Performance Summary reports to the CEO and key Leadership Team members
- Continual communication and relationship building with and across the Division/HBG Finance teams; leveraging those relationships to cross-share best practices and know-how
- Provide ongoing support to HBG for ad hoc requests and communicate in a timely and accurate manner
- Bachelors in Business Admin, Finance, Marketing, or similar required
- 8+ years of relevant work experience (Consulting, Corporate Finance, Revenue Management, etc.)
- Resourceful nature with an ability to build business cases through financial models, data, and relevant assumptions to drive action
- Can develop persuasive executive-level presentations
- Able to work hybrid schedule (3 days a week from RSC in Irvine, CA)
Salary Range: $134,500 to $158,300 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or Finance required

- Strong business acumen with a high sense of curiosity

We're searching for an analytically-minded and proactive Consumer Insights Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to support our Consumer Insights function. This role offers the opportunity to develop your research expertise while making meaningful contributions to Cricut's understanding of our creative community. You'll bridge support functions with independent research execution, helping transform consumer data into actionable insights that inform our product development and marketing strategies.
Working closely with colleagues across the Consumer Insights team and other functions, you will execute research studies while taking increasing ownership of project components and smaller-scale initiatives. This role encompasses consumer research activities spanning survey design, fieldwork, analysis, reporting, and presentation as well as qualitative research operations. The ideal candidate will have foundational research experience, demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, and show readiness to learn and grow their expertise.
Responsibilities
- Execute research projects from design through analysis, including supporting study planning, programming and testing surveys, collecting data, conducting analysis, and preparing comprehensive findings with guidance from senior team members
- Lead specific research components such as survey design and programming, research logistics for qualitative studies, data quality assurance, and preliminary analysis while collaborating with senior team members on strategic interpretation
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis including crosstabulations, trend analysis, significance testing, and qualitative coding; prepare charts, tables, and summary presentations that clearly communicate key findings and business implications

The mission of Global Strategic Insights is to connect human truth with business strategy to drive growth. The Manager, Innovation Insights, will be responsible for coordinating and managing the insight for identifying and validating Innovation opportunities utilising foundational tools (Menu Architecture, Customer Journeys Insights, Occasion segmentation), continuous sources as well as foresight. Key Responsibilities:
+ Synthesize insight from foundational tools (e.g. Menu Architecture, Customer Journey Insights, Occasion segmentation), continuous sources (Market data, CSAT, Brand Equity Tracker) and when relevant execute fresh research, to identify and prioritize a pipeline of innovation opportunities - focused on the most valuable problems to solve to unlock step changes in Customer Experience and Employee Experience
+ Partner with the Foresight Manager to ensure that prioritized innovation efforts address key consumer shifts
+ Partner with stakeholders across the Global Restaurant Experience to develop and execute learning plans that support the development, testing and validation of solutions that address innovation opportunities - with a particular focus on CX, EX and the Beverages Category
+ Own the Global Digital and Value Tracker aimed at providing a consistent measurement of how consumers are engaging with priority platforms and features
+ Manage relationships with existing insight vendors, work to continuously improve efficiency and value of existing tools, act as an advocate for agile insights tools & methodologies and where relevant identify more effective and agile innovation research methodologies to employ
Qualifications

The entertainment, news, sports and technology sectors are changing rapidly, with new consumer behaviors and business models emerging and growing quickly. Versant's Director of Consumer Insight is the leader of the team managing primary research, custom studies, and synthesizing external sources, to help guide those decisions. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
+ Oversee landscape-level and brand-level primary research for the portfolio of Versant brands and businesses. Design, implement, and continually improve longitudinal studies and brand tracking programs to monitor market perception and competitive positioning. Leverage external data from third parties to help form a synthesized picture of the markets we work in, the forces that are changing them, the consumer needs that are driving change, and the business opportunities they create.
+ Cultivate deep, trusted relationships with colleagues across our brands and businesses. Consult with them to understand their strategic questions. Craft custom research solutions designed to address those questions, then package and present findings to help guide better decisions and outcomes.
+ Oversee the dashboard development and institutionalized visualization of primary research managed by the team, and third-party research sourced through the group.
+ Lead a team of three, supporting, guiding, and developing two reports. Establish a team approach to keeping our insights and analytics methods forward-looking, innovative, and industry-leading, including in our use of AI in consumer insight development.
+ Collaborate with research and analytics peers across the Data, Insights and Strategic Analytics functions to support each other's work, integrate processes, innovate, and contribute to a culture of collaborative growth.
+ Build and manage relationships with external research vendors and agencies while developing internal research capabilities. Track a custom research budget and work with team leadership to optimize the value of our research investment annually.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ 8+ years of experience as a hands-on consumer insights project manager and analyst in the media, sports, or leisure areas. Significant experience working in the areas of streaming video, subscription media, digital media, and transactional business models is strongly preferred.
+ 4+ years as a lead presenter of findings designed to guide senior management toward better decisions and outcomes.
+ 4+ years working with 1st party data, and with syndicated data sets like MRI-Simmons, GWI, Claritas etc, and synthesizing data from diverse sources into holistic narratives to help guide decision-makers.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required. Experience analyzing survey data using platforms like Decipher, DisplayR, or Forsta is required. Experience with SPSS, Sawtooth, or other statistical packages is strongly preferred. SQL, Python, and R proficiency a plus.
+ Experience building data visualizations in platforms like Tableau, Looker and Power BI is a significant plus.
+ Experience with global or multi-market research programs is a significant plus.
+ A bachelor's or advanced degree in a related quantitative social science, media, marketing, or business field is required.
