We have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing organization as a Consumer Insights Manager , with an emphasis on Customer Experience (CX). The role will report into the TAG Consumer Insights function.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to:
- Optimize and oversee an enterprise-wide customer experience program
- Leverage the Qualtrics XM platform to design and deliver actionable insights from patient/customer feedback merged with operational and other relevant data
- Be an advocate for the customer experience, and
- Partner with internal operations/field teams to broadly socialize guidance on how to drive enhanced customer experiences
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage Aspen Dental and other TAG brand customer experience tracking programs to measure and track successes and deliver actionable opportunities for improvement
- Manage automated comprehensive reporting (e.g. dashboards and custom PPT’s) for all TAG brands and unique customer experience tracking programs
- Foster existing relationships with colleagues across the organization (including HR/L&D, Operations, Finance, and Product) to understand business needs and align on business objectives
- Partner with appropriate IT or other internal colleagues to ensure source data feeding into CX programs are accurate, driving confidence and actionability of recurring reporting
- Ideate and explore new, innovative ways to visualize and report on CX results to drive enterprise-wide understanding of the true Voice of the Customer
- Synthesize disparate sources of patient/customer feedback, operational and organizational data to uncover insights which drive enhanced understanding of customer/patient behavior
Qualifications:
- Education Level: Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience Level: 5+ years relevant professional experience in Market Research or Insights function
- Experience working on highly visible, highly impactful cross-functional projects
- Experience with Qualtrics’ XM platform required
- Experience with exploring Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications within CX or Insights space a plus
- Must be intellectually curious, inquisitive, thoughtful, patient and a good listener
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task several complex projects with the flexibility to be proactive in a fast paced environment

The Opportunity

Your Impact
- Collect and analyze data to help us understand market trends, consumer behavior, and industry dynamics

The mission of Global Strategic Insights is to connect human truth with business strategy to drive growth. The Manager, Innovation Insights, will be responsible for coordinating and managing the insight for identifying and validating Innovation opportunities utilising foundational tools (Menu Architecture, Customer Journeys Insights, Occasion segmentation), continuous sources as well as foresight. As a Consumer Insights Analyst , you will develop Schreiber’s Consumer Insights discipline in order to understand and communicate the holistic voice of the consumer to enable strategic solutions and drive profitable growth. You will be responsible for influencing internal strategy and external customers to implement recommended strategies that are founded in fact-based market trends. What you need to succeed:

What We're Looking For:
The Analyst II, Marketing Strategy and Analysis is responsible for the monthly digital marketing budget and projected return on investment across programs and verticals (similar degrees offered across multiple partners, e.g. MBAs). The Analyst II, Marketing Strategy and Analysis will be directly responsible for managing a portfolio of paid tactics (Facebook, LinkedIn, Partnerships, etc.) across programs with moderate complexity and revenue impact for the business. This role has ownership of day-to-day optimizing of the health of programs within purview against KPI's and is responsible for accurate management of spend.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Program Management and Monitoring:
- Actively manages the marketing spend of 2-3 moderate to high complexity and revenue impact 2U programs
- Uses data to flag risks and opportunities within programs/verticals, proactively suggests strategy to improve using statistics and analytical methods
- Identifies and executes upon strong/weak spend opportunities with direction from management
- Reports on pacing performance to leadership
- Works cross-functionally to create and execute new media campaigns, troubleshoot data issues, and provide program data to stakeholders
- Soundly speculates upon projected conversion of marketing tactics and likely ROI of spend for programs/verticals within scope
- Performs analysis on program health and identifies trends impacting KPI's, and highlights key discrepancies versus expectations to leadership
- Performs ad-hoc analysis as needed to support the larger team
- Acts as subject matter expert in 1+ key team functions
- Works with leadership to set the monthly paid digital marketing strategy and budget for 2-3 2U programs
- Creates deliverables conveying detailed marketing plan on a monthly basis
- Effectively articulates monthly marketing plan to leadership and makes necessary edits based on feedback
- Responsible for successful and timely completion of both BAU and ad-hoc projects through collaboration with leadership
- Owner of several key reporting/functional projects on behalf of the team
- Influences cross-functional teams to deliver material needed to complete projects
- Go-to owner of 1 or more business-critical projects
- Bachelor's degree (from a business, economics, or math related field is a plus)
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, analytics, or relevant business using data to solve problems
- Working knowledge of Excel, and some previous exposure to SQL or other databases
- Experience working with media engines, such as Adwords, web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau preferred.

The Insights & Sensory Manager is a strategic and analytical leader. Calendar Insights & Product Development Support: (45%)
New product development consultant for Marketing and Food Innovation teams:
- Drive ongoing innovation process for the KFC brand by developing and independently managing custom quantitative and/or qualitative research to identify new product innovation opportunities and set conceptual priorities for food development team.
- Partner with food innovation team providing consumer guidance for quarterly creative kitchens with food vendors and KFC leadership team.

QSR Category insights leader for KFCC:

- Develop a comprehensive marketing measurement framework that aligns with business objectives and provides a clear understanding of marketing impact across different channels and campaigns.
- Generate regular reports and present findings to marketing teams, marketing leadership & IAT – with ownership of IAT Measurement Meetings

Education:

Experience:
