**JOB SUMMARY**
The position will support the marketing and communications programs for member prospects and existing Medicaid members. Assist in developing strategies to promote the HealthChoice Illinois Medicaid program. Implement multi-channel automated campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Collaborate with a variety of internal and external teams to implement campaigns while achieving desired results against measurable goals and ROIs. Work with department leaders to determine market-specific needs to implement a tailored program that brings in new members and retains existing members.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**

Actively cross-sells appropriate banking products to new and existing customers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Performs direct calling on prospective new clients on the phone, in person and via mail, email and other communication methods to generate deposits and fee income through alternative bank products and services; including pre-screening loan requests, as necessary, to accomplish deposit goals. Spends a majority of time outside the bank.Meets established sales goals including total deposits, number of new relationships, and products per relationship.Works with various partners to ensure clients have the right products to meet their needs.
