+ Seasonal Milestone Planning: Support the development of seasonal milestones for calendar year, partnering with cross functional teams (strategy, concept, campaign, visual, merchandising operations) to ensure dependencies are feasible within timelines
+ Calendar Management: Coordinate with executive assistants to discuss cross functional milestones, finalize timing, and schedule outlook meeting planners. Regularly monitor shared Outlook inbox for timely schedule changes.
+ Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of dates, attendee lists, content (purpose, objective, agendas), and changes for all Seasonal Milestones
+ Organization: Organize and cascade materials to the team, maintain Sharepoint hub & ensure rigor across teams to adhere to the file organization.
+ Change Management: Support change management across the team by executing communication plans, materials, and engagement strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
+ Reporting & Cascade: Attend seasonal milestone meetings for notetaking/recordings to cascade to key internal stakeholders
+ Quality Assurance: Establish quality standard for Customer Team Operating Model to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
+ Team Support: Provide support to Customer Team Operations & Planning, fostering a collaboration and results-driven environment. Motivate team members to achieve project goals, resolve conflicts and support professional development.
Qualifications
+ BA in business administration, retail or marketing management, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in the retail or marketing industry, with a focus on corporate retail or marketing operations.
+ Strong understanding of retail or marketing processes, systems, and best practices.
+ Excellent communication and organization management skills, with the ability to find solutions and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft tools and software.

The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics lifecycle in order to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage. This function manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling.
Data Analytics applies business process knowledge and data analytics to develop, recommend and communicate timely, accurate, relevant and actionable insights to support business decisions and objectives.
**Responsibilities**
+ Interprets results of analyses, identifies trends and issues, and develops recommendations to support business objectives.
+ Support business partners in ensuring proper tracking is in place before publication of marketing asset e.g., email tracking, campaign impressions, campaign clicks.
+ Supplying reports to business partners specific to campaign performance and email campaign tracking.
+ Communicates complex information so that it is easy to understand and influences others to take action based on the useful information provided.
+ Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects.
+ Demonstrates curiosity and initiative in identifying, exploring and leveraging data and resources to support and strengthen the narrative.
+ May contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
+ Works on complex projects of large scope.
+ Develop solutions that are innovative and consistent with organization objectives.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
+ 4+ years of similar work experience preferred
+ 3+ years in experience testing campaign tracking for both email and site marketing preferred
+ 3+ years in utilizing Adobe Analytics for report building and performance monitoring preferred
+ Experience using Adobe Report Builder and A/B testing beneficial
+ Proven ability to interpret data and tell a strong story to develop actionable insights
+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
+ Able to build procedures and documentation
**Anticipated salary range:** $80,900 - $115,500
