We are looking for a diligent and technically skilled Senior Business Analyst to support the management, optimization, and integration of our marketing technology ecosystem. This role will ensure outstanding operational excellence across platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS systems, web analytics tools, and related MarTech infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings a blend of marketing operations, system administration, and data analysis expertise, along with experience working in Agile environments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate and optimize campaigns, journeys, and automations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio).
+ Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between marketing systems, CRM platforms, and data extensions for accurate targeting and personalization.
+ Partner with marketing teams to support the design, QA, deployment, and performance monitoring of digital campaigns.
+ Troubleshoot CMS and platform performance issues, ensuring fast resolution and minimal disruption.
+ Coordinate tagging infrastructure and analytics, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign tracking tools.
+ Maintain data integrity and support end-to-end lead flow, audience segmentation, and customer journey measurement.
+ Collaborate with IT, developers, and data teams to maintain marketing data pipelines and support platform improvements.
