Strong proficiency in marketing measurement and attribution, including MMM, incrementality testing, and multi-touch attribution using tools like GA4 and Adobe Analytics. Advanced SQL skills for large-scale data extraction and transformation, coupled with deep familiarity with digital media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok. Hands-on experience with modeling and forecasting techniques, including regression and ROI modeling using Python or R to assess media effectiveness. Proficient in data visualization and reporting, creating dashboards with tools like Tableau and Power BI, and skilled in designing A/B tests and analyzing campaign impact. **Overview**

+ Coordinate the collection, organization, analysis, and dissemination of competitive intel from publicly available sources, 3 rd party research partners, and Vestis teammates out in the field
+ Unify various Voice of the Customer initiatives into a cohesive Customer Satisfaction Management & NPS program that leverages industry leading solutions and reporting methods
+ Lead market research initiatives to understand needs & preferences of each customer segment (personas, geography, product segments, customer industry segment, etc.), brand value / equity, and loyalty key drivers
+ Spearhead the definition of KPI's to monitor the performance of marketing efforts, marketing campaigns and the development of recurring reports fed by data from multiple sources

The Manager of Marketing Analytics will Partner closely with growth marketing to maximize the impact of paid and organic campaigns around acquisition and retention our new subscription and vertical products. Lead analytics for a newly emerging portfolio of digital lifestyle products built for CNN customers. Create forecasts and targets for marketing initiatives and new lines of business in collaboration with partners and executives to determine what success looks like. Manage a small team of analysts to partner with cross-functionally across Growth, Product, Strategy, and other teams. Proactively develop the analytics roadmap for both new products and marketing initiatives. Partner with other analytics teams to provide a holistic view of CNN for leadership. Qualifications & Experience. 5+ years in analytics space Experience mentoring or managing more junior team members. Experience in marketing analytics, particularly campaign analysis. Strong working knowledge of digital and product analytics: funnels, cohorts, AB testing, OKR development and tracking. Demonstrated experience partnering directly with cross-functional leaders, particularly in product, growth, or start-up contexts. Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver complex messages to diverse audiences. Strong track record of proactively identifying and formalizing high impact AB tests with partners. Expertise in using SQL to explore and analyze large data sets. Experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.).
