Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, A/B testing, and experimental design.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python or R) for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and campaign management.
