The Marketing Analytics Manager is responsible for collecting and analyzing marketing data to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance. By leveraging multiple marketing data sources, the Manager will generate actionable insights and collaborate closely with marketing strategy, operations, and digital experience peers, and other relevant teams to measure marketing effectiveness.
The Manager brings both marketing analytics expertise and an understanding of HIPAA-covered entities and state and federal privacy regulations, ensuring data is collected, analyzed, and reported in ways that protect privacy and meet regulatory standards.
**Job Description:**
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities** including but not limited to:
+ Manage analytics and reporting across web, campaign, and CRM platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliant use of customer/patient data.
+ Drive the execution of marketing analytics initiatives, ensuring the right data is collected, analyzed, and interpreted to optimize campaigns, enhance lead generation, and improve conversion rates.
+ Develop dashboards and reports that connect marketing performance to business outcomes such as lead generation, pipeline progression, patient engagement, and ROI.
+ Track the full consumer journey from campaign exposure through conversion (e.g., appointment request, registration, event attendance), ensuring attribution models are accurate and privacy-compliant.
+ Provide actionable insights based on deep analysis to inform marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
+ Support the marketing team in tracking and reporting on campaign performance by providing tools, guidance, and best practices that foster greater self-sufficiency.
+ Continuously monitor and improve marketing data integrity, accessibility, and governance, ensuring teams have reliable information to drive results.
+ Work with the Compliance and IT teams to ensure data collection, storage, and usage align with HIPAA, OCR guidance, and organizational policies.
+ Define and maintain standards for data tagging, field usage, and user access to minimize risk and ensure audit readiness.
**Minimum Qualifications:**

The Role
The Lead Data Science Statistician - AV Safety Data Analysis will drive the statistical methods used to development and evaluation of autonomous vehicle (AV) performance safety metrics ranging from straightforward to advanced machine learning outputs. This position is part of the Safety Assurance for Effective Autonomous Driving Software (SAFE-ADS) department in the Global Product Safety, System, and Certification (GPSSC) organization. The SAFE-ADS department serves as the central body for automated driving system (ADS) safety. GM's vision is zero crashes, zero emissions, and zero congestion - AV safety is at the heart of driving forward this vision. If you seek to solve complex data science challenges and see your work drive positive safety change, this role is for you.
The ideal candidate will be an expert in data science, statistical modeling, and data development across the entire data maturity curve. They will have experience in automative, safety, and/or robotic industries and understand how to integrate physics and engineering into the foundational statistical methods and approaches. The technical leader is a self-starter and comfortable solving ambiguous problems. They are passionate about data and creating valuable insights that drive continuous safety improvements and confidence in the system.
As a technical leader in the SAFE-ADS data science team, you will provide robust statistical expertise and guidance, weigh alternatives, and explain the different approaches to senior leaders. You will address safety assurance related questions related to ADS behavioral performance and validation. This role involves working with large-scale data generated by the ADS system. One of the key elements is to scale data science work and accelerating time-to-delivery in insights which requires the integration of physics and engineering principles. As a leader, you'll play a key role in defining and advancing GM's AV quantitative measurement and risk assessment efforts. Your work will contribute to enhancing and scaling our existing safety risk assessment framework and help to ensure coverage of our operational design domain, foundational components of the overall safety case that guides decision-making and drives engineering across the entire AV technology stack.

Responsible for driving U.S. digital marketing performance through data measurement, analysis, and optimization. This role evaluates digital data—including CRM streams, paid media, and website analytics—to assess promotional effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations. Collaborates with U.S. Marketing and creative agencies to develop statistical and machine learning models focused on patient and healthcare professional analytics

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with marketing and omnichannel teams to address business questions and optimize marketing strategies.
- Conduct patient journey analyses, HCP segmentation, and marketing mix optimization from a digital perspective.
- Develop predictive models, MMM, AI-powered tools, and attribution solutions to enhance resource allocation and improve engagement.
- Lead the design of statistical and machine learning models to quantify marketing impact and patient interactions.
- Monitor key digital metrics, providing actionable insights to brand managers on field, email, media, and website performance.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure optimal measurement strategy and data availability for marketing evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced technical degree preferred.
