The purpose of the Marketing Specialist is to promote and support effective Marketing plans to meet business line objectives and produce world-class marketing collateral, campaigns and materials that support the ManpowerGroup field organization in their sales and marketing efforts.
Making an Impact
- Prepare presentations, flyers, advertising, marketing materials/collateral to support sales efforts while ensuring adherence to the ManpowerGroup Branding guidelines.

Sharing Expertise
- Create and produce graphical needs for the NA marketing department to support marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Support all HTML requirements for email marketing campaigns and other marketing initiatives
Gaining Exposure
- Maintain relationship with our translation vendor and manage translation process
- Administrative support for the sales team which could include printing of sales proposals, preparation of Powerpoint presentations and other duties as assigned

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and basic video editing tools (Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reputation & Customer Engagement
  • Monitor and manage online reviews and product Q&A across retail platforms.
  • Work closely with the consumer care team to ensure accurate, timely responses and maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Implement strategies to proactively enhance brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Optimization
  • Partner with internal teams to support new product launches and brand initiatives.
  • Establish and refine processes for digital content management and campaign execution.
  • Implement and maintain digital tools and workflows to improve efficiency and cross-team collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, paid media, and content marketing.
  • Experience with e-commerce optimization and PIM/DAM systems (Salsify experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and community management strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
