About the Role:
As the Digital & Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role on the Property Management team, specifically supporting the Field Marketing function. In this position, you will oversee and enhance our centers' digital and social media presence by developing and executing comprehensive social media and email strategies, establishing influencer partnerships, and managing consistent digital content quality and content accuracy across various platforms.
This role involves close collaboration with Corporate Marketing to align digital and social initiatives with the centers' five-year plans and foundational programming as well as prioritizing depth and content by center groupings.

What You Will Do:
- Social Media Management and Execution: Create and execute upon tailored social media editorial plans for each center, ensuring alignment with the overall portfolio strategy and addressing the unique needs of each location.
- Email Marketing Management and Execution: Oversee the centers' email programs by crafting compelling copy, selecting appropriate imagery, and customizing content to reflect each center's 5-year plans and strategic goals.
- Website Management: Regularly audit property websites to ensure priority programming and tenants are highlighted, ensuring content is current and engaging.
- Influencer Program Management: Design and implement influencer engagement plans for each center, collaborating with internal and external partners as appropriate to execute initiatives that support both foundational programming and long-term objectives.
- Content Creation and Execution: Develop engaging social media posts—including text, images, and videos—and manage their publication across appropriate platforms to maintain a consistent and dynamic online presence.
- Collaborative Planning: Work closely with the Property Marketing Managers and corporate marketing team to formulate annual social media and digital strategies, including contributing to content creation that resonates across the entire portfolio.
- Maintain a regularly updated library of resources, analytic reports and training materials for company-wide access.
- Produce reporting to showcase metrics.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in social media and email management, execution and content creation.
- Experience with website content management systems and email marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and email marketing strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze digital metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and ROI.

This position is responsible for managing content (artwork and text) for social media for all campuses of Bridgewater Banquet & Conference Center. For the candidate with the right experience additional marketing duties could be assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the Bridgewater brand.
- Track and record marketing analytics data.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and make suggestions accordingly.
- Keep on top of Bridgewater's calendar to ensure timely posting.
- Be accountable to responding to comments, DMs, etc in an incredibly timely manner.
- Be liaison for marketing partnerships.
- Collaborate with team to stay on budget.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, or related field
- 5+ years digital marketing experience; restaurant or retail a plus
