POSITION OVERVIEW:

The primary responsibilities of the Digital Marketing & Automation Specialist are to develop, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows and digital marketing strategies and tactics that drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. The incumbent will report to the Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager and assist with managing and optimizing digital content across various channels, as well as work with business line managers, in the development of marketing automation strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Automation:

  • Build and manage automated marketing workflows using Oracle Eloqua. Segment audiences and create personalized messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing for marketing automation workflows. Track workflow performance and generate insights to guide future strategy.
Digital Marketing & Analytics:
  • Assists Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager in planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, email, and display advertising campaigns, and measurement and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Content & Design:
  • Collaborates with content, design, and sales teams to create effective lead nurturing strategies. Reviews and optimize content to ensure relevant messaging and increase engagement.
Marketing Research:
  • Identifies digital marketing trends and insights. Assist Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager in optimizing digital marketing spend based on findings.
Customer Statements:
  • Manages the custom statements for personal and business customers. Schedule statement messages and custom digital onserts to targeted customers through their monthly statements.
Other Duties:
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of experience in marketing automation and digital marketing, preferred with a financial institution.
  • Expert in use of marketing automation tools such as Eloqua.
  • Experience creating marketing automation workflows.
  • Experience with a multitude of digital and online marketing tools and trends.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising, search engine optimization/marketing, and campaign performance analytics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Understanding of Bank Regulations and Compliance in relation to email and digital advertising rules.
  • Ability to generate succinct, effective written communications.
  • Demonstrates expertise in Microsoft applications.
  • Current knowledge of communication options and tools.
  • Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
WORKING CONDITIONS:

Pay Details:

$51,200 - $5,000 annually

Please note, the base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs.

This role is incentive eligible based upon company, business, and/or individual goal achievement and performance.

Role Overview

Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to own and optimize our marketing automation and CRM systems during a critical phase of platform migration and growth. This individual will lead the transition from Mailchimp to Salesforce, implement and manage lead nurturing workflows, and develop personalized communications for prospective and existing patients.

This role is pivotal to driving scalable, high-conversion campaigns that align with our clinical expansion and patient acquisition goals. The right candidate will combine technical expertise with strong marketing intuition to build, test, and improve campaigns across the patient journey.

Job Responsibilities / What Youll Do

  • Lead the migration from Mailchimp to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring a seamless transition with no loss in functionality or performance.

  • Ensure compliance with USPS mailing standards to maximize postal discounts.
  • Work closely with production and mailing teams to ensure smooth adoption of automation tools.
  • Train staff on new technologies and process improvements.
  • Act as a bridge between IT, production, and leadership teams to drive digital transformation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in automation, process improvement, or workflow optimization (preferably in the commercial printing and mailing industry).
  • Strong knowledge of printing workflows, digital print technology, mailing operations, and finishing equipment.
  • Experience with print & mail industry software (EFI, Avanti, Enfocus, Esko, BCC, Pitney Bowes, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with mailing hardware automation (inkjet addressing, inserting, tabbing, metering, sorting).
  • Familiarity with USPS postal regulations and automation-compatible mail preparation.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive process changes.

Job Summary:

Own and optimize the end to end lifecycle at one of the fastest growing server providers. In this high-impact role, you will be designing lead workflows, reducing leakage and directly influencing revenue outcomes

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead Nurture and Workflow Optimization

  • Design, build, and optimize lead nurture workflows that drive engagement and conversions
  • Experiment with sequencing, content, and triggers to improve nurture effectiveness
  • Identify bottlenecks and gaps in current lead handling and propose fixes

Sales Handoff and Follow-Up

  • Improve lead routing logic to enhance connection rates
  • Reduce Assigned but No Action leads through clearer processes and tracking
  • Implement SLAs and follow up protocols to improve lead response time

Workflow Experimentation and Data Integrity

  • Test and iterate on lead flow variations based on behavior, engagement, and segmentation
  • Monitor and maintain data hygiene across lead lists, workflows, and contact properties

Cross Functional Coordination

  • Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure feedback loops
  • Collaborate with Email Marketing to improve deliverability and targeting
  • Manage programs such as JumpStart from lead capture through nurture follow up

Reporting and Insights

  • Analyze nurture and follow up performance to inform campaign and workflow improvements
  • Track attribution from lead source to revenue influence

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of direct, hands on experience with HubSpot or
  • similar platform experience is welcome (Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience in marketing operations, lead nurture, or demand generation
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, comfort building dashboards
  • Experience working cross functionally with Sales to improve handoff
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Can do attitude, curiosity to optimize and improve processes

Salary Range

100,000 - 120,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.

About the Role

Were seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join a high-performing Automation & Delivery team. This role is ideal for someone with 57 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and a deep understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content.

In this position, youll lead the technical execution of multi-channel campaignsincluding email, event pages, and messagingby building scalable, real-time experiences. The right candidate will be passionate about campaign automation, data integration, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and optimize multi-step automation journeys in SFMC using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Content Builder
  • Create dynamic content using Movable Ink, AMPscript, and SSJS
  • Segment audiences and build logic using SQL and Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Manage webinar/event registration pages and landing pages using Splash
  • Partner with Marketing Tech, Analytics, and Creative teams to ensure campaign success
  • Support campaign tagging, measurement, attribution, and reporting
  • Ensure campaign quality and data governance standards are met
  • Coordinate campaign assets using Highspot and similar tools
  • Continuously optimize performance across marketing automation workflows
Qualifications

Required:

  • 57 years of experience using SFMC with deep knowledge of:
  • Journey Builder
  • Automation Studio
  • Email Studio
  • Content Builder
  • Strong command of AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL for data integration and segmentation
  • Experience using Salesforce Data Cloud for audience targeting
  • Familiarity with campaign tools like Movable Ink, Splash, and Highspot
  • Strong organizational, time management, and QA skills

Job Description
An Email Marketing Specialist will use our CRM platform to deploy email broadcasts for marketing, transactional, and automated emails. They will handle day-to-day list management within the CRM and ensure lists receive all proper communications.

Location & Schedule
This is a full-time onsite position, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, in Aventura, FL. No remote options.

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of email campaigns: obtaining copy from the copy team, executing, and scheduling daily email marketing campaigns using Hubspot.
  • Coordinate with copywriters to ensure campaigns are prepared in advance.
  • Provide quality assurance for outgoing campaigns, ensuring proper voice, imagery, segmentation, etc.
  • Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance. Analyze data and suggest improvements to upper management.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test new campaign ideas.
  • Write, execute, and schedule SMS campaigns using various platforms.
  • Continuously work to grow and define the database of 3,600,000+ contacts.
Minimum Requirements
  • Proven experience in email marketing and automation using major ESPs.
  • Experience with Shopify, Hubspot, Zapier, and/or ClickFunnels is a plus but not required.
  • Deep understanding of journey mapping, email triggers, segmentation, and behavior targeting.
  • Familiarity with CAN-SPAM laws.
  • Ability to handle shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of email campaign best practices to maintain and improve deliverability.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Highly collaborative and interested in working across multiple areas.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills.
