Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on executing and optimizing CRM campaigns, email marketing, lead nurturing, customer retention, and loyalty programs to drive engagement and business growth.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in marketing automation platforms, email marketing best practices, audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign performance optimization. They will also be responsible for ensuring database accuracy, integrity, and compliance to support effective targeting and engagement strategies.

This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, technically skilled, and passionate about optimizing email marketing and automation strategies while ensuring database accuracy and compliance.

Main Responsibilities

Marketing Automation & Email Marketing

  • Execute and optimize CRM campaigns and workflows to enhance customer engagement and achieve business objectives.
  • Design, build, and refine automated journeys to nurture relationships with active and inactive prospects and customers.
  • Implement email marketing best practices, including segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Create and manage HTML emails for various marketing campaigns, ensuring they are visually appealing and function correctly across different email clients and devices.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing, analysis, and optimization of CRM campaigns to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain database accuracy, integrity, and compliance, ensuring data is up to date and properly structured for segmentation and targeting.
  • Perform regular audits and data hygiene processes to remove duplicates, outdated records, and ensure data consistency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data quality or integration issues, ensuring adherence to data privacy and security standards.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, advising on best practices for data governance and management within the CRM.
  • Incorporate audience insights and customer journey improvements into database hygiene efforts.
  • Support initiatives related to personalized web experiences through data-driven automation strategies.

  • Ensure alignment between email marketing, CRM, and web personalization efforts for a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
Experience Required
  • Proven experience in CRM marketing automation and email marketing.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS for email design and development.
  • Proficiency in database management and data hygiene best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security standards related to marketing automation and CRM.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for orchestrating, executing, and optimizing Marketing automation campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of Marketing automation platforms, data analysis, and a passion for combining technical expertise with strategic thinking to maximize Marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage automated campaigns using Eloqua, translating campaign strategies and tactics into best-in-class Marketing automation orchestration.
  • Build and optimize email marketing workflows to engage customers and prospects through targeted, timely, personalized communications.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes & drive effective teamwork for seamless execution.
  • Conduct multi-variant testing to optimize performance, driving higher engagement and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve Marketing automation strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing automation or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred but not required).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to campaign structure, flow, segmentation, and email/landing page functionality (no HTML coding required).
  • Strategic Innovation: Introduce new tactics, such as A/B testing, personalization, and AI-driven enhancements, to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Training & Coaching: Create and present PowerPoint training materials to guide division marketing teams, providing coaching and feedback to align with company goals.
