As a Marketing & Communication Coordinator Intern, you will support the implementation of marketing initiatives, product launches, and merchandising strategies. You will play a key role in coordinating with our Paris head office, managing our PR and social media activities, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Your Responsibilities
- Merchandising & Retail Activation
- Ensure LMDC merchandising standards are upheld across all U.S. locations
- Organize and conduct weekly boutique visits; prepare reports and share findings with the Paris head office
- Propose and activate merchandising improvements adapted to local market needs (visuals, in-store displays, etc.)
- Communication & Public Relations
- Manage our daily social media calendars (content & timing)
- Work with our PR agency to coordinate products send-outs to editors, influencers, and partners
- Help organize press events and in-store activations
- Support the planning and execution of trade shows or Events (around 10/year)
- Content Creation & Digital Marketing
- Support ecommerce with digital content creation/optimization (articles, visuals, videos, etc.) for our website, blog, and social media channels
- Manage and animate social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and content
- Assist in deploying the brand's content strategy in collaboration with the Marketing & E-commerce team
Your Profile
- Passionate about luxury, chocolate, and French culture
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Experience or studies in marketing, communications, or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe) is a plus

Purpose of Role
Responsible for developing reports and analysis that assist the Brand and Traditional Marketing teams to understand performance, optimize spend, and drive growth through data-informed decision-making. Responsible for acting as the primary liaison to these teams to support offline channels such as TV, Direct Mail, Customer Service and Brand Creative.
Expectations
- Leverages analytical skills to identify, measure, and interpret data, and partners closely with Brand, TV, and Mail marketing stakeholders to identify and define KPIs, measurement strategies, and reporting requirements.
- Builds and maintains interactive Power BI dashboards that track and visualize campaign performance across offline channels.
- Conducts in-depth analysis on campaign lift, geographic segmentation, and incrementality to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
- Translates business questions into structured analytical approaches and deliver insights that drive action.
- Ensures accuracy and consistency in offline marketing data pipelines by collaborating with data engineering and finance teams.
- Provides pre- and post-campaign analysis to measure impact and inform future strategy.

Qualifications - Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Marketing, business, or related field.

- Strong experience with SQL for data querying, transformation, and validation.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX calculations.
- Solid understanding of marketing measurement approaches such as campaign lift, incrementality, and geo-based testing.
- Proven ability to recommend, structure, and monitor tests across offline channels to continuously improve performance.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights aligned with business goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is ($77,000 - $115,000) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
