ABOUT THE ROLE
A Marketing Cloud Developer for our CX Digital Marketing Practice is a key position to our customers. This role is heavily involved in the development of robust and high quality solutions across marketing communication platforms, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Work as part of an overall delivery team to produce a stellar customer experience.
• Be an active participant in technology, design, and development conversations.
• Develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Required:

Job Summary

Your Opportunity Schwab is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer with experience working with Marketing Cloud in the Operational Excellence Technology organization. This organization manages the platforms and systems delivering capabilities to our marketing business partners. As a member of the Operational Excellence Technology team, you will be immersed in a collaborative, innovative, and technically challenging environment. As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for design, development, and delivery of Salesforce artifacts. We're looking for team members that are eager to learn and implement new resilient technologies and provide outstanding Marketing solutions.

As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for helping to deliver quality technology and software initiatives by:
• Analyzing complex business and systems requirements and providing technical solutions to meet user requirements
• Designing and developing solutions on Salesforce Marketing platform integrating with backend systems and working closely with our development, product teams and Architects
• Ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables
• Collaborating with business partners on issues
• Partnering with application and data developers on designs, models and best in class implementation
• Interacting with experts from across Schwab in different support organizations and business groups
• Being a member of Agile team(s) that focuses on delivering what the client needs
• Partnering with production support and Campaign management team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure 24x7 availability of production systems
