Job Description

Please submit examples of content you have created with your resume or you will not be considered.

About Paradromics
Paradromics is building an advanced brain computer interface (BCI) platform engineering neurotechnology solutions for unmet medical needs. A revolutionary leap beyond today's research-grade BCI, our Connexus® BCI collects neural signals at an industry-leading, high-data rate and is designed for long-term therapeutic use. With the brain in direct communication with digital devices, we can leverage technology to transform how we treat conditions ranging from sensory and motor deficits to untreatable depression and pain management-allowing millions of people to live happier, healthier, and more enriching lives.

The Role
At Paradromics, we're not just building brain-computer interfaces - we're building the story of a new tech frontier. We're looking for a Marketing Content Developer who is part storyteller, part strategist, and part digital native. This person will need to understand and translate our highly technical product and industry into clear compelling language across various digital platforms for multiple audiences. You'll work directly with our engineers, neuroscientists, and leadership to shape how we show up to the world. If you can craft a smart blog post, write a LinkedIn update that actually gets read, and spin a white paper into a hundred viral riffs - we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Interview leadership and brilliant (and occasionally chaotic) STEM experts to create crisp, readable content for Web, blog, PowerPoint, white papers, social posts, and public relations.
  • Social: Build and execute a social roadmap: identify narrative gaps, jump on timely topics, and create a strategy to stand out in tech and biotech circles. We want someone who understands the culture of tech today - the memes, the debates, and the KOLs.
  • Social: Write company updates, evergreen posts and smart commentary - always looking to move the narrative forward, not just adding to the noise.
  • Capture great conversations (in our in-house studio) and repurpose the video into blog posts and social snippets that people actually want to watch.
  • Optimize for reach and impact (SEO/analytics) and the needs of our key audiences (investors, clinical, academic, the tech crowd, the "smart but curious" public, and employees).
  • Keep your ear to the ground on emerging platforms, trends, and conversations that matter to our world (AI, neuroscience, tech culture, and neuro-medical devices).

Required Education
  • BS in neuroscience, engineering, data science, or biology or a BA with technical writing experience.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years developing content for technical industries (hardware/software or AI) or experience growing a real online presence that required hitting KPIs (growth, engagement, or earned media).
  • A sample content portfolio that's sharp, tech-savvy, with a bold streak - and anything but ordinary.
  • Deep familiarity with LinkedIn, Twitter, or other social platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and pushing back (nicely) when a suggestion doesn't support our content strategy.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience (and shareable examples) using AI tools to repurpose and accelerate content creation.
  • Experience with SEO tools and digital marketing strategies
  • Prior experience scaling a brand's voice in the tech or science world.
  • An understanding of how to play offense and defense in public narratives.

Paradromics is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
