ZoomCare is seeking a **Content Marketing Manager** join our team! The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategies that meet business objectives, including patient acquisition, education, and retention. The position reports to the Director of Brand Marketing but works closely with communications, growth marketing, digital patient experience, and clinical teams. The Content Marketing Manager is both creative and analytical, generating differentiating ideas for the website, social media, and email, evaluating performance, and adjusting accordingly.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
+ 4+ years content marketing experience for consumer-focused brands. Experience in healthcare is a plus.
+ Superior organizational, project management and communication skills -- this role requires hands-on management of campaign deployments, often under tight deadlines and high pressure, across multiple teams and stakeholders.
+ Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM systems, and automation tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads.
+ Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly and deliver consistent detail-oriented results.
+ Familiarity with HTML and AMPscript is a plus.
+ Proficient in Adobe, Google Suite, remote meeting and collaboration software including but not limited to Google Meet and Slack.
+ Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
+ Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize in order to deliver multiple tasks on time.
+ Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners at all organizational levels.
