Position Summary  

The Director of Brand Marketing & Creative will lead the development and execution of brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and go-to-market plans across both our own agency brand as well as our portfolio of clients in the sportswear and beauty verticals. This is a highly cross-functional and hands-on leadership role that requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and a passion for building brands. You will oversee a growing team across our marketing and creative departments. This position requires 30-40% travel.

Objectives  

You’ll play a critical role in owning our content strategy, website presence, social media channels, and brand positioning, as well as supporting the concepts for our client activations. You’ll develop and lead the teams that drive our agency marketing and creative as well as for our clients across sportswear and beauty. You will be recognized by internal and external stakeholders as proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, accessible, solution-focused, and professional. 

Marketing Leadership Responsibilities:  

  • Own and evolve the overarching brand strategy, positioning, and architecture for the agency brand. 
  • Translate the strategy into 360° marketing plans that drive awareness, consideration, and selection of the agency. 
  • Develop brand campaigns and partnerships that build cultural relevance and deepen client connection. 
  • Align brand messaging across creative, digital, and sales teams. 
  • Manage and optimize brand marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and ROI targets.

  • Own the agency’s PR strategy and manage day-to-day execution, including collaboration with PR agencies, development of messaging and press materials, and identification of media opportunities. 
  • Lead and develop high-performing internal teams across the marketing and creative departments.

  • Working with our event production team to identify potential experiential strategies that lead to achieving our client’s business goals and needs 
  • Building comprehensive client proposals that illustrate ideas and concepts, for ideation through execution

You have a proven track record of consistently exhibiting:

QUALIFICATIONS:
