We are seeking a highly motivated Graphic Design Intern to support the creation of visual content across both digital and print platforms. This internship offers the opportunity to collaborate with the Corient Marketing team to develop design concepts, execute high quality digital assets, and uphold Corient's branding. Key Responsibilities
- Design creation and editing designs for marketing materials (ads, social media graphics, brochures), website elements, and other promotional materials.
- Assisting in preparing design files for production, including resizing images, ensuring quality standards, and preparing for print or digital publication.
- Working with experienced designers and third-party contractors as needed to develop design concepts and uniformed templates, and ensuring all designs align with the firm's brand and style guidelines
- Conducting research or gathering information relevant to design projects.
- Working efficiently to meet project deadlines and maintaining organized files and project documentation.
- Utilizing design software, gaining experience in various design processes, and developing design skills.
- Providing administrative support, involving tasks like scheduling meetings, maintaining project timelines, and organizing project documentation.

The Role:
We are looking for a graphic designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. With the redesign of STW website, the volunteer will be required to create marketing communication materials in sync with the website design.
What you will be responsible for:
- Design brochures, posters, marketing display stands, reports, advertisements, and other marketing communication materials.
- Responsible for creating images that coordinate with STW(tm) marketing content, articles, and impact stories.
- Ensure all creative and branded materials are completed in proper templates and that messaging is within branding standards.
- Proofread creative deliverables for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
- Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity, and security of several databases which includes purging non-deliverable email addresses and opt-outs.
- Work with Project Leader to produce final design

The overall objective of this role is for the Graphic Designer to be an adventurous photo/video digital marketer who strives to elevate our brand experience on a daily basis and push the envelope of creativity with insights and ideas. **Job Responsibilities**
+ Utilize design skills to produce highly complex operations, and marketing support materials
+ Develop ideas and concepts for a variety of communication channels, including but not limited to flyers, posters, signage, point-of-sale materials, websites, social media, and presentations
+ Ensure Tulane Hospitality identity, brand voice high-quality, photographs, proper grammar, message consistency, and accurate content for all projects. Maintain quality throughout draft, editorial, and production phases.
+ Works independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with marketing team(s), meeting deadlines, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include simultaneous projects
+ Have a creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software, and a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines
