The mission of the Warner Records Artist Marketing team is to drive fandom, music consumption, D2C purchases, and social conversation/engagement using innovative digital marketing strategies. The team is responsible for all aspects of an artist's overall marketing presence, including digital narrative development, digital advertising, social content ideation, influencer campaigns, digital advertising, CRM, social/digital partner activations, content seeding, websites, etc. We work directly with the artists to translate the vision of their music into groundbreaking campaigns and provide in-depth creative consulting geared toward growing a highly engaged fanbase.
Your role:
The Coordinator of digital marketing will play a vital role on the established artist marketing team, working with some of the most iconic artists in the world. In this role, you will use viral and digital marketing to activate current and future fans to drive overall awareness, sales, and streaming consumption. You will also help create cutting-edge short-form content for artists' social media around campaign rollouts. The Digital & Marketing Specialist at the Virginia Zoo contributes to the success of marketing campaigns and visual collateral needs. D&M Specialists partner and support various Zoo departments to effectively communicate the mission of the Virginia Zoo to its audience.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Public Relations
- Write press releases as instructed by the Director of Communication.
- Outreach to media outlets, organizations, associations, and interest groups to obtain media highlights for Virginia Zoo.
- Assist in identifying community partners for photo shoots, editorials, and promotional work.
- Scan monthly zoo and aquarium publications for Virginia Zoo mentions for Marketing updates.
- Respond to incoming media related inquires.
- Act as representative and spokesperson in various media channels as assigned by the Director of Communications.
- Monitor and update Zoo content on the website to include all areas of the Zoo (including education, events, programs, animal information and horticulture).
- Assist in maintaining all Zoo social media accounts.

POSITION PURPOSE
The Marketing/ Digital Production Assistant will assist in executing marketing strategies, analyzing marketing efforts by interacting face-to-face with consumers, content creation and development, and contributing to the overall growth of OIC, Inc.’s brand.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
· Planning and executing: Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns, including web and print campaigns.
· Analyzing data: Monitor campaigns and evaluate results using data analysis tools.
· Creating marketing collateral: Create and manage the production of marketing materials, such as blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
· Organizing events: Help with planning and the organization of events
· Administrative support: Provide project-specific administrative support.
· Maintaining databases: Manage and maintain marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
· Present results: Prepare reports and present results to internal communities and management.
· Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns through multiple channels of communication.
· Analyze consumer trends by working face-to-face with consumers to inform marketing and sales strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Film or Business; 2 years prior experience.
