Manage VOC (voice of the consumer), escalate as necessary, and monitor conversations and user-generated comments, escalating to internal and client teams as needed through campaigns. Monitor, analyze, and report on Social Outreach platform performance and provide ongoing consultancy to optimize channel performance to sustain Samsung Mobile's business on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
