Jajo seeks a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to join our growing marketing agency! This opportunity is heavily weighted in paid advertising and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, driving real business results.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of Jajo's digital marketing efforts, developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns for a diverse range of clients. What You'll Do
- Develop & Optimize Digital Strategies – Plan and execute innovative multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including programmatic, paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), SEO/SEM, email marketing, and lead generation funnels.
- Manage & Monitor Ad Performance – Oversee the execution and day-to-day management of paid campaigns, continuously optimizing performance to improve ROI.
- Audience Targeting & Keyword Research – Conduct in-depth research to build precise target audiences and identify high-value keywords to drive campaign success.
- Data-Based Decision Making – Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance (ROI, KPIs) using analytics tools to inform optimization strategies.

What We're Looking For
- Experience – At least 3-5 years in a professional role, preferably with an agency.
- Expertise – Proven track record in digital strategies (organic and paid), audience targeting, budgeting, lead generation, data interpretation, and campaign management.
- Technical Skills – Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, programmatic advertising (DSP), and email marketing.

The Marketing Campaigns Manager Senior function is part of the Campaign Delivery unit within USAA's Brand Marketing organization and is a critical part of the In-House Creative Agency. The US Marketing function is focused on supporting the strategic priorities of HSBC US. The function focuses on understanding our clients and identifying, developing and executing the Marketing strategy through campaigns, thought leadership, content and client engagement that strengthen the Corporate and Institutional business at HSBC. This role will manage all campaigns activity within the US CIB marketing portfolio, collaborating with key business and strategy teams.It is an opportunity to align industry expertise with client needs to achieve commercial success.
As our Senior Marketing Manager - Campaigns you will:
+ Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness, consideration and client engagement
+ Develop and managing content, including thought leadership pieces, digital content, and client success stories, to support marketing objectives, in conjunction with the Global Content Centre of Excellence team
+ Manage agency stakeholders to deliver creative and media partnerships that support business objectives and build meaningful brand value
+ Craft a cohesive marketing strategy across multiple business segment and product areas that aligns to business outcomes
+ Socialize marketing strategy and plans with senior executives and sales teams, instilling trust and confidence with our stakeholders and partners
+ Work with agency partners on the tracking & analyzing performance metrics for all activity, against the activity objectives
+ Utilize data & insights to continuously refine marketing strategies to optimally reach specific target audiences
+ Understand our marketing technology integration and lead generation process
+ Track action items and deliverables for each project and working closely with the business and wider marketing team to align on KPIs
+ Keep up with industry trends and making recommendations on new creative ideas or strategies we should try or test in our marketing plans For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $134,500.00 and $201,800.00 The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.At HSBC, our overall goal is to provide a competitive Total Reward Package, with an appropriate mix of fixed pay, and variable pay, as part of an employee's overall total compensation and benefits. **Qualifications**
You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
+ Proven marketing experience, with a focus on commercial marketing within global banking or financial services
+ Proven experience in planning and delivering large-scale, high-impact campaigns
+ Strong understanding of marketing best practices, including audience engagement, lead generation, and measurement
+ Understanding of changing market and marketing landscape and target audience consumption habits
+ Experience managing budgets and driving cost efficiencies
+ Experience managing integrated agency teams
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
+ Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
+ Strong leadership and collaboration skills within global, matrixed organizations
+ Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA or Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. **The Opportunity**
The **Marketing Campaigns Manager** has the opportunity to beresponsible for the strategic planning, execution, and performance analysis of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth. This role requires a blend of marcom and audience-based prowess, strategic organization skills, knowledge of channels, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and resonate with target audiences. This role requires independent study of Black & Veatch businesses, markets, audiences and solutions. The candidate will grow in progressive understanding of our markets, solutions and audiences to provide coaching and guidance on campaign creation and efficacy.
**The Team**
**Black & Veatch's Business Enablement** consists of critical groups that help enable the organizations people, projects, and businesses to be as successful as possible. Functions in this group include Digital & Information Technology, Global Finance, Global Human Resources, Legal, Risk Management, and Government Affairs and Real Estate and Building Services.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Campaign strategy & planning:**
+ All campaigns begin with great, audience-based sales and marcom strategy. Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns tailored to specific market segments and client personas. Define campaign objectives, key messages, and value propositions based on customer pain points and business goals. Ensure campaigns are linked to overall imperatives and initiatives for marketing.
**Organization and workflow:**
+ Define processes for the flow of campaign work throughout marketing from ideation and planning through execution, measurement, refinement and ongoing monitoring.
**Execution & coordination:**
+ Oversee the end-to-end planning for campaigns with business leaders and functional leaders including strategy development, audience-based targets, messaging development by segment and persona, content development, media planning, and channel activation (e.g., paid media, email, social, events). Coordinate deeply with internal teams such as marketing communications (where this role sits), creative services, demand and marketing operations, external and internal communications, events and regional marketers. Coordinate with external agencies, as necessary.
**Cross-functional organization and scheduling:**
+ Provide end-to-end views and timelines of campaigns by various market segments and personas to ensure coordination of messaging to key targets. Provide templates for campaign planning and reporting for consistent use and application by marketers.
**Communications:**
+ Communicate regularly within marketing and to stakeholders on the status and performance of campaigns.
**Performance marketing:**
+ With the demand manager (as part of marketing operations) and commercial marketers, outline demand generation and performance marketing tactics. Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and ROI.
**Stakeholder collaboration:**
+ Work closely with commercial marketing, sales and pursuits, external communications and agencies to ensure campaign alignment and consistency across touchpoints. Serve as a key liaison between marketing and segments.
**Measurement & reporting:**
+ Define KPIs and success metrics. Monitor campaign performance and generate insights to inform future strategies.
**Expertise and best practices:**

**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience working with businesses to develop end-to-end marketing campaigns and large programs in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
+ Agency background or experience managing agency relationships.
+ Excellent knowledge of multichannel and digital marketing tools and techniques, including paid and earned media, demand-based campaigns, email and content marketing, marketing events, and RevOps (MarTech & SalesTech) systems
+ Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development and digital marketing channels
+ Efficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
+ Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills.
+ Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and enterprise sales and marketing cycles.
+ Experience supporting regional and global deployment of marketing campaigns.
+ Assertive and ownership mentality - understands and feels accountable for the details and success of campaigns.
+ Ability to hold crucial conversations and negotiate between stakeholders.
+ Comfortable working in matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams and astute at influencing and coaching stakeholders.
+ 8+ years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on campaign management, digital marketing, and performance media.
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, analytics or related field
