- Ensure ongoing collaboration with cross-functional partners to develop business requirements that accurately reflect specific Upgrades and Trades campaign strategies and the development of compelling marketing creatives.

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Lead for our Growth Marketing team to support our marketing department and broader customer acquisition strategy for Sling TV, DISH TV & DISH Latino.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and execute a cross-channel paid media acquisition strategy across digital display, CTV, OLV, and audio tactics, with a strong emphasis on digitally-native programmatic and direct IO buys
+ Cultivate strong relationships with external vendor and agency partners, collaborating to manage, execute, and optimize cross-channel marketing campaigns
+ Optimize monthly and quarterly media budgets for maximum ROI
+ Provide hands-on management of programmatic media across various DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, Yahoo!, Amazon)
+ Support day-to-day trading efforts for a portfolio of accounts
