**Job Description**
The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the development and execution of quality marketing initiatives to meet Prime Therapeutics' business needs, sales and product objectives. This position leads collaborates with cross functional partners to bring an integrated and strategic approach to sales support and communications planning.
**Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with cross-functional business partners and stakeholders to understand Prime's business objectives, product offerings, client utilization/adoption and history, and intended market positioning
+ Translate business insights into marketing strategies and create messaging that is clear, defensible and differentiates Prime and our products and services in the market
+ Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies, product launches and/or campaigns that support Prime's brand and drive sales of Prime's products, programs and services
+ May lead a team in researching the best outreach method for each audience, and provide a justification for communication programs to reach each audience
+ Provide writing expertise in support of company-wide initiatives; ensure Prime's key messages are consistent throughout all marketing pieces
+ Manage multiple projects and initiatives in order to prioritize effectively and meet deliverable dates
+ May lead Marketing efforts related to product materials and campaigns, business development and sales (including Request for Proposal)
+ Other duties as assigned
**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
+ 5 years of work experience in related marketing roles, including B2B marketing , product marketing and/or communications

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented **Americas** **Channel Marketing Manager** who is passionate about building and scaling strategic marketing initiatives with our strategic channel partners in North America. We are looking for an experienced marketer who has successfully built and activated integrated campaigns with AHEAD, GuidePoint, and/or ePlus, can own end-to-end demand generation programs, and is maniacally focused on pipeline.
The ideal candidate has channel marketing experience, excels at setting strategic direction and goals, and program execution. The right person will have a partner-first go-to-market mindset, the ability to engage with executives confidently, and strong program management skills to drive initiatives involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders. Key to success is an ability to hit the ground running, working with teams across the company to plan, prepare, and scale marketing initiatives that accelerate pipeline growth and deepen partner relationships.
**_Location_** _- This is a remote role; however, candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area will be required to follow a hybrid schedule, coming into our Palo Alto HQ on a regular cadence_
**What you'll do:**
+ Be a critical member of the channel go-to-market team in shaping the marketing strategy AHEAD, GuidePoint, and ePlus
+ Build and execute co-marketing programs, campaigns, and sales plays
+ Identify, cross collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders at partners, as well as internal cross-functional teams, to unlock joint marketing opportunities.
+ Assist in creating and defining messaging strategies in partnership with product marketing and alliances marketing and activate them across various demand generation programs.
+ Set, track, and report progress on KPIs and ROI metrics. Conduct quarterly marketing reviews with partner leadership to assess success, identify gaps, and ensure ongoing alignment.
+ Manage budgets and partner MDF to maximize impact and optimize spend.
**Experience you'll need:**
+ 7+ years' experience in channel marketing
+ Experience in the cybersecurity industry
+ Self-motivated, can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership for tools and processes.
+ Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment to drive outcomes-based plans, programs and execution.
+ Broad experience across various marketing disciplines, such as, campaigns, events, brand, content.

**1. Messaging, Positioning & Persona Development**

+ Help manage the official Oracle Analytics social channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube), ensuring regular, strategic content publishing aligned with product priorities and campaigns.
+ Contribute to and help execute the social media calendar, incorporating product launches, thought leadership, customer stories, and relevant industry trends.
+ Create or curate social assets (e.g., post copy, graphics, short videos) in collaboration with the content and design teams.
+ Monitor social engagement using tools like Sprinklr, and refine content and timing based on performance analytics.
+ Coordinate with Paid Social teams where appropriate to boost key posts or amplify campaigns.
+ Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms and serve as the point of contact for cross-functional social initiatives.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
