- Orientation: 2–3 shifts (including Adult, Pediatric, and NICU training as applicable)

Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment. The therapist will provide care across adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations, including routine and complex respiratory procedures, ventilator management, and critical care support. Candidates must have strong clinical expertise in inpatient respiratory therapy and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver respiratory therapy treatments and procedures across adult, pediatric, and NICU units.
- Manage and monitor respiratory equipment, including ventilators, BiPAP, Vapotherm, and high-flow oxygen systems.
- Assist with patient transport, airway management, and arterial blood gases (ABGs).
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and RT leadership to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- License: Active Respiratory Care Practitioner license in Idaho.
- Certification: BLS and ACLS (Adults), PALS (Pediatrics), NRP (NICU). RRT preferred; CRT accepted with 3–5 years’ experience.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as an RT (2–3 years if RRT, 3–5 years if CRT).
- Pediatric critical care and NICU experience required; NAVA (Servo ventilator) experience preferred.
- Strong ability to work in high-acuity inpatient settings.
