About the Team
In this role, you will be part of a talented product and marketing team that is spearheading Zoom's focus on vertical industry solutions including healthcare. The ability to work closely with sales, product development and other marketing groups to define comprehensive strategies. This includes creating compelling content and position Zoom as the technology partner of choice for healthcare organizations worldwide will be key to this role's success.
Responsibilities
+ Act as Zoom's healthcare subject matter expert, leading cross-functional go-to-market strategies to introduce new products, features, and capabilities for the healthcare industry.
+ Validate healthcare-specific use cases, create competitive differentiation, and support product launches with key narratives to drive awareness and adoption.
+ Collaborate with product management, sales teams, and partners to address industry-specific needs, certifications, regulatory requirements, and integration opportunities.
+ Develop healthcare use cases, pricing, and naming strategies, and partner with application developers to expand cross-platform solutions and go-to-market strategies.
+ Create core content (messaging, videos, presentations, white papers, etc.) and work with sales enablement to develop healthcare-specific training plans.
+ Partner with marketing teams, participate in customer meetings, and attend industry events to evangelize Zoom's healthcare solutions and support revenue growth.
What we're looking for
+ Have professional experience (10+) in sales and/or marketing roles focused on the healthcare industry (healthcare clinical experience is advantageous)
+ Have working knowledge of video conferencing, phone, chat, contact center and other Zoom products
+ Have solid understanding of grant programs, healthcare contracts and healthcare partnerships
+ Have excellent communications skills - written and verbal

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$97 600,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

**Job Description**
The Digital Web Analytics & Tagging team is a part of the Marketing Analytics and Technology organization at U.S. Bank and is responsible for managing digital data collection from beginning (goal of Application/Feature) to end (reporting of Application/Feature) to provide an accurate and trustworthy digital data foundation and data literacy. U.S. Bank is looking for a Digital Marketing Tagging Manager to reside within the Digital Web Analytics & Tagging team. This person will be responsible for the implementation and testing of 1st and 3rd party tagging solutions for marketing campaigns, as well as data collection management and privacy governance across the marketing ecosystem.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Work with internal partners and agency partners on the tagging strategy and implementation of various marketing analytics tags within our tag management system.
+ Lead 3rd party marketing tagging requirements discussions between the agency(s) and the internal marketing teams plus testing and monitoring tag activity to ensure proper measurement and privacy compliance.
+ Support and maintain updating all media tag documentation and tracking tools as well as supporting the governance of tags across sites.
+ Work closely with Compliance and Risk Teams for tag approvals and auditing.
+ Liaison with Marketing Agency(s) and Tagging implementation team to ensure correct information flow between teams.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
+ Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience
**Preferred Skills/Experience**
+ Knowledge of tag management systems like Tealium, GTM, etc.
+ **Experience reading JavaScript and understanding how 3rd party marketing and analytics are implemented on websites.**
+ **An understanding of media vendor tagging and procurement (3rd party tags).**
+ **Experience using OneTrust to support digital opt-out and consent management.**
