Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a Marketing department with a focus on production, trafficking, and project management, including at least 3 years managing project workflows on a platform such as Asana (preferred) with responsibility for workflows, templates, automations, and dashboards. A minimum of 2 years in a bank, credit union, or other financial institution is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be a clear communicator, able to gather, organize and present information verbally and in writing to individuals and groups of people.
- Proficiency in contract negotiations.

What will you be doing?
The Marketing Operations Manager at Decentralized Masters will play a critical role in bridging strategy and execution. You will design, manage, and optimize our marketing infrastructure, processes, and analytics. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations ( 60%)
- Own and optimize our marketing tech stack, including Pardot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce, to improve lead flow, campaign execution, attribution, and reporting
- Build and maintain scalable processes for lead scoring, campaign tracking, data cleanliness, and lifecycle workflows
- Partner with Business Operations to ensure seamless lead handoff, proper routing, and pipeline visibility
- Monitor and analyze funnel performance metrics, providing insights to improve marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness
- Support campaign tagging, list segmentation, and contact management in collaboration with marketing team members
Email Marketing ( 40%)
- Develop and execute the email strategy across the full customer journey, from lead nurturing and webinar promotion to onboarding, retention, and upsell campaigns
- Build and test segmented email campaigns in Pardot and Outreach, with a strong focus on deliverability, performance, and personalization
- Work closely with content, product marketing, and customer success teams to craft compelling messaging for targeted email programs
- Analyze open rates, CTRs, and conversion rates to continuously optimize and report on performance
- Own A/B testing and experimentation across email templates, subject lines, and send times to drive better results
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong focus on marketing automation and email campaign management
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot preferred), CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and data analysis tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Strong understanding of funnel reporting, attribution models, and lead lifecycle stages
- Proven ability to build, segment, and optimize email programs across multiple audience types
- Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success to drive pipeline and customer retention initiatives
- Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent project management and prioritization skills
- A passion for data, experimentation, and continuous optimization
