The Koch Engineered Solutions Marketing & Communications team is looking for a systems-minded Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize our marketing infrastructure and help drive execution excellence across a global team. This position is located in Wichita, Kansas .
The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver and strategic coordinator; someone who brings clarity to complexity, anticipates downstream impacts and skillfully balances multiple moving parts without losing sight of the whole. They have a systems mindset, with the ability to thoughtfully assemble operational components in ways that improve efficiency and effectiveness. Organized, proactive and perceptive, they apply flexible thinking to help the broader team work smarter by enabling clarity and good decision-making while avoiding rigid rules and prescriptive processes.
This role is responsible for maintaining the platforms, processes, documentation and vendor partnerships that support day-to-day execution. You will ensure shared resources are compliant, accessible and well-adopted. Your impact will be measured by how well the operational systems support others, contributing to improvements in efficiency, consistency and collaboration across the marketing function.

- Hands-on experience managing or supporting end-to-end marketing execution
- Proficiency in core marketing platforms including a content management system (CMS) and digital asset management system (DAM)

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations ( 60%)
- Own and optimize our marketing tech stack, including Pardot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce, to improve lead flow, campaign execution, attribution, and reporting
- Build and maintain scalable processes for lead scoring, campaign tracking, data cleanliness, and lifecycle workflows
- Partner with Business Operations to ensure seamless lead handoff, proper routing, and pipeline visibility
- Monitor and analyze funnel performance metrics, providing insights to improve marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness

Email Marketing ( 40%)
- Develop and execute the email strategy across the full customer journey, from lead nurturing and webinar promotion to onboarding, retention, and upsell campaigns
- Build and test segmented email campaigns in Pardot and Outreach, with a strong focus on deliverability, performance, and personalization
- Work closely with content, product marketing, and customer success teams to craft compelling messaging for targeted email programs

Essential Skills
