Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to support and coordinate marketing initiatives for Summas North American branch. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and managing Summa Americas presence at trade shows, including logistics, booth materials, and post-event activities
- Help create meaningful experiences for visitors at the Indianapolis experience center, coordinating everything from registration to follow-up
- Support channel marketing activities with partners, including co-hosted events and promotional efforts

We are a dynamic and growing custom home builder, known for developing outstanding locations with timeless home designs. FUNCTION
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our marketing department and provide the planning and execution of Old Town external events and act as a liaison with an outside agency. Assist with the marketing and strategy across multiple social media platforms to engage with potential clients and increase sales.
MISSION
The Marketing Specialist will maintain the integrity of Old Town in all aspects. All responsibilities performed require extensive knowledge and understanding of all Old Town residential and commercial properties, mission and values, inclusive of gratitude, ownership, perseverance, adaptability, and innovation. The Marketing Specialist will assist in providing strategic thought, planning and execution to increase brand awareness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Management:
- Plan and execute company Sales and promotional events. This includes, but is not limited to:
-Reoccurring events for Sales (Behind the Build, Realtor Events, Etc.)
-Special Events (Grand Openings, Launch Events, Home-A-Rama, etc.)
- Independently research event facilities and vendors, perform site visits, and provide recommendations within allocated budget
- Negotiate and review event-related contracts and pricing
- Implement effective project plans, timelines and attendance tracking for all external events
-Including the creation of event related invites, materials, track registrations, and webpages as needed
- Manage on-site event production and logistics
- Recap events real-time with photos and social media activity
- Work with sponsorship partners for events like Carmel Farmers Market, Porchfest & Palladium to maximize company exposure
Design & Marketing:
- Act as a liaison with outside Marketing agency, including attending weekly meetings, compiling edits, providing content and feedback, and assisting with social media strategy
- Collaborate on editorial calendar of social posts to incorporate any events, development timelines, etc.
- Coordination of professional photography of new models and developments, amateur photography of all events, current and past projects, and capturing virtual tours using the Matterport for completed homes
- Maintain portfolio of projects on website and Houzz to drive website traffic.
- Create printed materials needed including lot signs, flyers, look books, promotional materials, etc.
-Create and manage floor plans for all product lines
- Provide general website maintenance relating to updating lot maps, community pricing and imagery
- Budget Creation, coding of Marketing invoices, and maintain company credit card and reoccurring subscriptions / transactions
- Special projects as deemed by the Director of Sales & Marketing
- Other responsibilities as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 1-3 years marketing experience
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects on a budget and timeline.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage projects between both internal teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with the following software and languages: Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Wordpress, Microsoft Office, Basic HTML, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, Houzz

EMPLOYMENT STATUS:
